Chapter 31 - Chapter 31: Not Knowing Who the Opponent Is

Compared to the chaos among the other team members, Renee Morgan looked very calm—practicing live-fire shooting isn't something you get to do every day, and she was determined to learn it well. Who knows, maybe one day she'd get to make a spy movie and have some real experience to draw on.

For half an hour, Renee didn't take a single break. She only got up when the whistle blew, rolling her shoulders, full of energy and shining.

Lynn Miller came over, face excited: "Morgan, that was amazing! Worth it for a lifetime!"

Renee smiled and nodded, glancing at Miles Yates walking over behind Lynn.

Miles caught Renee's look and felt a little embarrassed. Renee was younger, and he'd been in the industry much longer than her, yet he was always the one being coached and looked out for.

The six members of Team Two exited and continued with a one-kilometer run, after which they had to hold their breath in a water barrel for at least thirty seconds.
