"You wanted to find ways to earn extra money and secure your future," Donald continued.
Hailey nodded, remembering their conversation from earlier.
"Yes, yes, but not like this," Hailey said.
"Why not like this?" Donald asked.
"Because this is terrifying," Hailey said.
"If that is a chance coming, you've got to take it first," Donald said firmly.
"Do I have to?" Hailey asked.
"Yes," Donald said.
"Sure, it's risky," Donald admitted. "And yes, there might be some politics involved."
"Definitely politics," Hailey muttered.
"But if it turns out well, you might not have to be anyone's stand-in ever again," Donald finished.
"You really think so?" Hailey asked, a note of hope creeping into her voice.
"I do," Donald said confidently.
He moved closer to her, his voice becoming more earnest.
"Think about it, Hailey," Donald urged. "This could be your opportunity to show what you can really do. Not just the dangerous stunts. But actual acting. Real performance work."
