Ziven's hand curled into a tight fist at his side, his knuckles paling as his gaze locked on Olessia. Anger filled across his facial features.
"How dare you speak to me that way, little girl," he said, his voice low and edged with warning.
"Enough. You knew," Kaive said with his eyes fixed on his brother. "You realized Lady Eirene was behind it, and you still chose silence." Kiave added.
This made Ziven speechless for a moment, Kaive saw this and decided to speak again since Ziven was quite.
"You let her hide behind your crown," Kaive continued, his tone hardening. "Why?"
Ziven's gaze hardened as it shifted between both his brother, and Olessia.
"You stand there and allow this outsider to address me like this?" Ziven asked coldly. "You let her challenge my authority, speak without fear, as if I am no ruler at all?"
His eyes narrowed. "Is this what my word has become?" Ziven added asking Kaive.
