Chapter 2 - A Woman and her tesis

The girl with the small lips was named Dulce Maria Choi. Her mother was a fan of the telenovela Carita De Angle. Her mother greatly admired the cuteness of Daniela Aedo. However, she only used the name Absen, Maria Choi.

Currently, she was working on her thesis, which she would complete before her seminar.

She is researching the legend of the god Yeomra, who is said to be a god who rose from the dead.

As she was typing her thesis, her cell phone rang.

"Maria, are you still determined not to change the title?"

"No."

"You're just like writing a fantasy novel."

"No. I'm writing a real thesis."

Maria was searching for a thesis title based on the beliefs of the community regarding the underworld. They still held exorcism ceremonies.

"Are you going to the village again?"

"Well, what else can I do? It's for my research."

Maria then put all her books and laptop into the car she had just bought with her hard-earned money. She even brought her classic scrolls as part of her research to show that this was a relevant study. When she arrived at the campus, she carried her bag and suitcase to her supervisor.

All the professors there were stunned. Even she shook her head.

"Why did you bring all these things?"

"These are scrolls about all the legends I'm looking for based on the thesis I'm writing."

They were stunned by the crazy research this girl was doing. She even took out a book that was probably thousands of years old. They were curious, as the book looked like a book of spells. And notes written in ink in a book by witnesses who lived at that time.

"The god's real name is Lee Ahn," said Maria with a confident smile. Hearing this, they laughed.

"What are you talking about? That's the name of a king. How could a king who died at the bottom of the ocean come back to life?"

All the professors laughed at her.

"And this evidence cannot yet be considered relevant."

Once again, Maria remained silent and packed all the items into her bag.

"Better yet, just change the title."

The optimistic Maria shook her head. She then went downstairs, carrying all her research results. With a very annoyed expression, she went downstairs. People stared at her strangely. She was carrying a suitcase, as if she was going to evacuate. However, she ignored them and remained silent.

"Even though I majored in culture and pop culture. Why does he seem like he doesn't know his own culture? Stupid professor!"

Her research began when she was climbing a mountain. At that time, she felt like she was going around in circles. She remembered seeing a woman carrying a pile of grass on her shoulders. The woman was wearing thin clothes. She greeted the woman, then a man covered her mouth.

"Don't talk to that woman!" A man with a soft voice and a cold gaze stared intently at the woman. Maria cried because she didn't know where she was, and she was going around in circles.

"Help me!"

The man looked at her with a frightening face. His gaze was full of mystery, amidst the mountain fog that was beginning to envelop them.

"I'll take you home. I am the link between their world and yours."

Maria thought she had heard wrong.

"This is not your world. Three days here are the same as three days gone in the human world."

Maria was shocked.

"So, I'm gone in the world, oh sorry, you mean I'm in another world?"

The man was silent for a moment.

He took Maria by the hand, guiding her back to the human world, specifically on Thursday morning.
