Most of Arlong Park, including the massive water flow controlled by Arlong, was transformed into a colossal ice sculpture. The fish-men who had survived Rukia's initial attack instantly lost all life as they were frozen solid.

Rukia Kuchiki sheathed her sword and knelt on one knee before Auguro. With her power, she could have dealt with Arlong without needing her Shikai. However, to her, a Vice-Captain of the Thirteenth Division, allowing even a drop of water to touch Auguro was gross negligence! Therefore, she chose the cleanest and decisive method to eliminate everyone!
Auguro nodded with satisfaction. It felt great to have powerful subordinates! This technique felt no weaker than Admiral Kuzan's (Aokiji's) Ice Age! Once he summoned all the Captains, the Marine Admirals, and the Four Emperors would be nothing but Cannon fodder!
