Chapter 212 - Chapter 212: Third-Person Perspective

A vivid scene surfaced above the swirling black hole.

Hazy moonlight filtered through the bedroom window, spilling onto a narrow bed.

A slender figure was draped over Lucian, her expression unfocused and dazed.

Fine beads of sweat covered her fair, delicate face like tiny pearls.

Yet she seemed unaware of fatigue, repeating the same motions again and again…

In the shadowy void, Lucian stared wide-eyed, barely able to believe what he was seeing.

At the same time, he could sense everything with perfect clarity.

Touch, scent, sound—every sensation was unmistakably real.

"Th-this…" Lucian was completely at a loss.

Good grief, he was watching everything from a third-person perspective, helplessly witnessing the fox girl doing this to him. Where was he even supposed to go to argue his case?!

Big Chill's voice sounded hoarse.

"This is why I had to wake you. Only this way could all five senses be transferred to you."

"Send me back," Lucian growled through clenched teeth. He was already on the verge of losing control.

Clearly, the fox girl hadn't lied earlier. This really was her first time… otherwise, she wouldn't have been so inexperienced.

Seeing Lucian's distress, Big Chill shook her head mercilessly.

"No. The time for laying eggs is approaching. I can't allow you to wake up."

Just stay here obediently and endure this pain.

Before Lucian could argue further, a surging wave of energy slammed into him like a raging flood.

His heart sank.

He could no longer control himself.

"It's over…" Lucian let out a helpless sigh.

Inside the bedroom, the fox girl's eyes were unfocused as she gently caressed Lucian's handsome face.

In truth, after putting in so much effort, all she wanted was a child.

The men on Fox Spirit Star were simply too ugly, and their strength was far too weak.

As the Empress of Fox Spirit Star, Yenji feared that choosing the wrong partner would affect her offspring's genes, so she had never taken a mate.

That was, until she met Lucian.

She had witnessed his overwhelming strength firsthand. A man capable of becoming the overall champion of the Soul-Snatching Arena clearly needed no further proof of his power.

"I hope it works on the first try…" the fox girl murmured softly, the sweat on her forehead still not fully dry.

She loved Lucian, and she loved his looks and his strength.

To Yenji, there was no contradiction between the two.

After a while, she finally recovered her breath and noticed that Lucian still hadn't woken up.

"That's strange… it's already over. Is he still pretending to sleep?" she muttered quietly.

Even so, she carefully wiped him down, cleaning away any traces.

Then she helped him put his clothes back on, making sure he wouldn't catch a chill.

But just as she finished dressing him, Lucian suddenly opened his eyes.

The fox girl jumped in fright.

"Y-you… you, I… I…"

Oh no, oh no. Why was that look so terrifying? Was he going to punish her?

Lucian's face was completely expressionless. He raised the Omnitrix and pressed it down without hesitation.

Thud.

A flash of eerie green light flickered and vanished in an instant.

Lucian transformed, becoming Big Chill.

His body turned icy blue, wings spreading from his back. He resembled a blue moth-like humanoid, radiating an intense, bone-chilling cold.

"Hey, where are you going?" Yenji asked in confusion, reaching out to grab Big Chill's hand.

But Big Chill phased into an intangible, blue humanoid outline, slipping past her grasp.

With a powerful beat of its wings, it passed straight through the thick wall and disappeared from the fox girl's sight…
