The Suna team arriving at the remote shed outside Takigakure. As they were entering the shed, Shota said, "Pakura san you should guard us and be on the lookout."
"We do not know if Taki would have a change of heart and would try to attack us to take the tailed beast again. And we do not know if Iwa would stay to their words." He said.
Takigakure might regret giving up the seven tails and try to take it back by force. There was also the chance that the Hidden Stone Village could break any agreements and cause trouble.
"I will be inside to make sure nothing wrong happens during the tailed beast transfer process." Shota said.
Pakura did not refuse since she knew that with Shota's dojutsu he would be the best possible person in case the tailed beast or the jinchuriki goes wild. His Erasure eyes would help control any problems if the tailed beast chakra became unstable or if the sealing went wrong.
She nodded. She took her position outside the shed and prepared to guard the area carefully.
As Shota looked at the genin coming inside, "Oi brats, help your sensei, do you want her to sully her beautiful hands for mundane tasks, such ungrateful brats, help her now." Shota said it in a loud voice to make his point.
He acted like a strict older brother who was shocked by their behavior. The genin looked surprised and a little scared by his sudden scolding.
One of the boys tried to protest but Shota raised an eyebrow and the genin quickly shut his mouth. The other boy scratched his head and looked embarrassed. Shota kept going, pretending to be shocked that young shinobi would let their sensei do all the hard work while they relaxed.
The genins scrambled outside the house in fright as Pakura just smiled. The three young shinobi nearly tripped over each other as they hurried out the door. Pakura watched them with a small smile on her face.
She appreciated Shota's way of motivating them even if it was through some scolding.
As Shota closed the door, he saw the old man already sitting here. Shota decided to be the first one to become the jinchuriki. Well it was not much of a choice since the old man would not last long after extracting the tailed beast from himself and then sealing it to Fū.
Shota took off his upper clothing so the seal could be placed properly on his stomach. He knew the old man would probably die soon after completing the sealings. Doing his own process first made sense so the elder could focus all his remaining strength on it.
As for the old man betraying him, there was a zero chance of this since the man's granddaughter would be in his care in Suna and he would not mind his caretaker to be a jinchuriki even if it was a pseudo jinchuriki.
Shota felt safe trusting the old man. The grandfather cared too much about Fū's future to risk harming the person who would raise her. Having Shota become stronger with nine tails chakra would only help protect the baby better.
"Let's get started. I have already given you the scroll for the seal. You know about it. Any questions?" Old man asked. The elder sat down across from Shota and prepared himself. He wanted to make sure everything was clear before they began the difficult process.
Shota shook his head.
The seal that the old man had made was Four Gates Mandala Seal with Kazuma's seal as the basis. This was an advanced sealing method that would work well for Shota's needs.
Kazuma had designed the seal for the jinchuriki which was his son to be able to use tailed beast power and kill Hokage. The original purpose was aggressive, but the old man had improved it greatly. And this seal would allow Shota himself to use tailed beast power and with the old man's changes it was even more perfect.
The Four Gates Mandala Seal is an advanced, geometric sealing formula designed not to completely lock a Tailed Beast away, but to harness its power.
Shota felt confident that this seal would give him good control over the nine tails chakra.
He took the black box out. The container that held the collected nine tails chakra glowed faintly with red energy. Shota placed it carefully between them.
"Let's get this over with old man." The old man nodded. Shota spoke calmly even though he knew the process would be painful. The elder began the sealing right away.
The old man performed hand signs and placed a seal on Shota. Immediately nine tails chakra from the black box got into Shota's stomach at a rapid speed. The energy rushed into him like a powerful wave.
He then made 56 hand signs as chakra appeared on his fingertips and slammed into his stomach. "Four Gates Mandala Seal."
Shota felt his breath knocked out from him. The sudden flood of chakra made his whole body tense up. He looked at the seal weakly which appeared as an intricate lotus pattern centered on the abdomen. Shota breathed heavily and tried to stay conscious through the pain.
"Rest kid. It would take you some time to recover. I will meanwhile seal seven tails to Fuu." Old man said as Shota nodded weakly.
The elder gently laid Shota down on a mat so he could regain his strength. Then he turned his attention to the baby girl who was sleeping nearby.
Several hours later the old man looked weakly at the crying baby which just had the seven tails sealed into it. The old man was on his last few minutes in the living world.
The sealing process had taken a lot from him. Fū cried loudly after receiving the powerful beast. The old man's face was pale and his breathing was very shallow.
"My time is about to be up kid, take care of my granddaughter." The old man said in bated breaths.
"Do not worry old man, I will take care of her. My little sister would love to have something... I mean someone to play with so there is that too." Shota said.
Old man smiled weakly.
"What is your name old man?" Shota asked.
"Kasai... Kenzō... tell my granddaughter that people used to call me Ken Ken when I was young." The old man said and then he did not say anything. His eyes closed slowly as his breathing stopped. He passed away peacefully.
