Seraphina Caldwell was caught off guard, her back pressing against his warm chest.
She hesitated slightly, wanting to struggle, but he held her even tighter.

Seraphina was squeezed until she couldn't breathe, her cheeks slightly flushed.
The man hesitated for a moment, then slowly loosened his arms.
Yet he refused to let go completely, only pulling back a little.
But as soon as he stepped back a bit, Isaac Vaughn immediately stepped forward, pulling her into his embrace.
"I want to hold you too."
Before Isaac could let go, Gideon Larkin rubbed his hands and approached from the side.
With a smile on his face and bright eyes, it was clear he wanted to join in this reunion hug.
He was about to open his arms when Seraphina swiftly raised her hand to stop him.
"Don't come over, I'm really about to be crushed!"
She rubbed her aching waist, then reached out to push Isaac away too.
