"You did what?" The doctor asked, horror on her face.
Quinn sat across from her in his seat, his head no longer needing a bandage, with his Mom and Noah on either side of him. Patrick would have been in the room with him as well, if his Dad hadn't known that only two people could join the patient at a time.
He bowed his head, embarrassed, as the professional across from him stared at him like he had two heads. Her nostrils flared and she looked ready to rage.
"Quinn Rivers, I have never heard of something so foolish in my whole damn life. You are lucky, very lucky that nothing happened to you and your baby." She told him, and then proceeded to continue to rip a strip off of him in her office for another ten minutes.
