Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 Trading System

Douluo Continent, Southwest of the Heaven Dou Empire, Fasno Province, Holy Soul Village

A little boy dressed in plain clothes lay on a rock, a Blue Silver Grass dangling from his mouth, gazing motionlessly at the starry sky.

  "Six years..."

the boy chuckled softly. They say life is unpredictable; who could have imagined that he, a promising young man growing up under the glorious light of his motherland, would one day transmigrate into a novel?

And not just any novel, but Douluo Continent, known as the "floor tile" of fantasy.

The boy's name was Yin Hao. A promising young man of the 21st century, he lost both parents at a young age, leaving him only hundreds of millions in assets and five houses.

He was born at the finish line, never having to worry about his future, job, or money. Because of this, the pampered Yin Hao lost his ambition. He

spent his days reading novels and playing sports, his life utterly boring. More than twenty years passed like this. Now grown up, Yin Hao, to escape the boredom of his life, resolutely embarked on an adventure—a journey commonly known as "suicide."

During a reckless... no, adventurous jump from a plane, Yin Hao suddenly discovered a problem: his parachute was stuck... it wouldn't open.

But should he panic? Who only takes one parachute when they jump? Yin Hao wasn't worried at all about this minor issue; he even felt a little amused.

However, just as he calmly prepared to open his reserve parachute, he tragically discovered—the reserve parachute was also stuck!

And so, after countless curses at the unscrupulous parachute manufacturer, Yin Hao gloriously perished.

When he opened his eyes again, he had arrived in the world of Douluo Continent, becoming an adopted baby of Old Jack

To be fair, although not his biological son, Old Jack treated Yin Hao exceptionally well, spoiling him rotten. This allowed Yin Hao, who hadn't experienced much family affection in his previous life, to feel the warmth of home for the first time.

As a transmigrator, the first thing Yin Hao did after learning to run was to drag Old Jack around everywhere. Of course, this had a purpose: to see how old Tang San was this year, and to understand the timeline issue.

After wandering around for a few days, Yin Hao finally encountered Tang San, who was the same age as him. This was actually good news, since if Tang San had already become a god when he arrived, what would be the point?

Just as he saw Tang San, a voice rang in Yin Hao's mind

[Congratulations, host, for encountering the Chosen One of Douluo World. Trading system binding in progress…

  10%

  50%…

  100%…

  Binding successful.]

Hearing this voice, Yin Hao didn't even bother talking to Tang San and immediately called out in his mind,

  "System, are you there?"

  Fortunately, the system responded immediately.

  [Yes, host.]

Upon receiving the reply, Yin Hao instantly became excited. The standard for transmigrators! A system! I'm definitely the protagonist! Haha! Haha! Haha!

He smiled broadly, while Old Jack beside him was dumbfounded, thinking, "Is there something wrong with this kid's brain?"

Seemingly noticing Old Jack beside him, Yin Hao quickly suppressed his smile, pretending nothing had happened, and continued to ask in his mind.

"System, what is your main function?"

[The main function of this system is trading. As long as the host gives someone an item they need, they can randomly obtain one of that item without the other party's consent. This item can be bloodline, soul power, or favorability

Note: 1. The trading partner's strength cannot be too far below the host's, otherwise the trade will be invalid.

  2. The given item must be something the other party needs. If the other party doesn't need it, even if they accept it, the trade will still be invalid.

  3. The trading partner must be an important figure in this world

Additionally, the system also includes a system shop function where the host can purchase items.]

Yin Hao became interested and asked,

"What's in the system shop? What do I need to exchange for?"

[The currency in the system shop is: Gold Soul Coins. All kinds of items are available, including items from this world and other worlds.]

Hearing this, Yin Hao nodded in satisfaction.

However, upon seeing the main function, Yin Hao frowned slightly and expressed his concern

"Trading allows you to obtain something from someone without their consent, but if they lose something, they'll definitely find out, right?"

[The host can choose to gift the item after the transaction, but while the other party won't lose anything, the host will gain nothing.]

"Then what's the point? Is there any other way?"

[The host can also choose not to claim the item immediately after the transaction, and then claim it in installments over a period of time. For example, if the host obtains level one soul power from the other party through the transaction, they can claim it in several installments, allowing the other party's soul power to gradually decrease, thus reducing the probability of being discovered.]

Yin Hao's lips unconsciously curled up again. In his previous life, he deeply disliked the hypocritical and insidious Tang San. Tang San had destroyed the Spirit Hall for his own personal revenge, cutting off countless ordinary people's chances of advancement, and then pinned the blame on the Spirit Hall.

And that wasn't all; it was because Tang San destroyed the City of Slaughter that evil soul masters proliferated ten thousand years later, yet Tang San remained indifferent, acting as if it were none of his business—truly disgusting.

Moreover, due to some personal reasons, Yin Hao could never be friends with Tang San; they could only be enemies. As for why, we'll discuss that later.

Regaining his composure, Yin Hao stood up from the rock and walked home.

Back home, Old Jack was cooking. Yin Hao called out to him,

  "Grandpa, I'm back!"

Old Jack turned around, his face instantly lighting up with a broad smile upon seeing Yin Hao.

"Little Hao's back! Grandpa's cooking, almost done."

Old Jack adored this obedient and polite grandson who had never caused him any trouble since childhood. Having lived together for six years, their bond, though not blood-related, was stronger than that of family.

"Oh, right, Grandpa, I was thinking of taking some rice to Xiao San's family again. I'm worried they won't have enough to eat."

Old Jack seemed to have expected this, as Yin Hao had done this more than once or twice. For the past two years, he had gone almost every few days, sometimes bringing rice, sometimes meat.

However, he didn't stop him; in fact, he fully supported Yin Hao's "charitable" actions.

Of course, he didn't know that Yin Hao had a system, nor did he know that Yin Hao always received some "goodies" from Tang San when he delivered things.

After receiving Old Jack's permission, Yin Hao picked up a bag, scooped a few spoonfuls of rice from the rice jar into it—not much, enough for Tang Hao and Tang San to eat for two or three days.

Then, carrying the bag, he headed towards the village's only blacksmith shop.

"We common folk are happy today..."he hummed a song as he walked, arriving at the blacksmith shop in no time.

Inside, there was no one. Yin Hao guessed that Tang Hao was probably sleeping soundly inside, while Tang San was cooking in the kitchen.

Yin Hao carried the bag straight to the kitchen, and sure enough, he saw a plain-looking child in patched blue clothes standing diligently in front of the pot, cooking. Who else could it be but Tang San?

Although Tang San was still young, his years of cultivating the Xuan Tian Gong had made his hearing several times more sensitive than ordinary people

He sensed Yin Hao as soon as he reached the doorway.

This was also why Yin Hao hadn't concealed his presence; otherwise, given his current strength, which far surpassed Tang San's, it would have been impossible for Tang San to sense him.

Yin Hao pushed open the door, carrying a bag, and handed it to Tang San.

"Little San, are you running out of rice again? I've brought you some."

Tang San stood up, took the rice, and said with a smile.

"Thank you, Brother Hao. The rice will be ready soon. Why don't you stay and eat with us?"

  Yin Hao waved his hand

"No need. My grandfather has already cooked at home. I just came to bring you some rice. Now that

I've delivered the rice, I should go back."

At the same time, a voice echoed in Yin Hao's mind.

[Congratulations, host, you have obtained 1% of Tang San's Blue Silver Emperor bloodline through a trade of four catties of rice. Do you wish to claim it?]

  "Not yet."
