Drogon paused his charge, staring at Rael with slight hesitation. 'A Bronze Warrior? No, his aether doesn't match that,' he thought, squinting his eyes. 'But he's human. How and why is he protecting them? Or maybe he's just a knight in shining armor.'
"Look, Samaritan, you do not want to get involved in these matters. I'll advise you to turn a blind eye and walk away," Drogon said menacingly, trying to avoid a conflict with the human.
Rael stared at Drogon coldly. 'A Tiefling,' he thought, his eyes trailing the markings and tattoos on Drogon's exposed arms.
'And a cultist, too. Definitely the cult after the sisters and Xaphxan.' He had known their troubles would eventually find him; he just hadn't expected it to be so soon.
