Chapter 111 - Chapter 111: Eita Yamano Deserves to Have His Girl Stolen by Alistair

On the train.

"Ryūto, your classmate Eita Yamano, he wouldn't happen to live in Karakura Town, would he?"

Alistair raised an eyebrow, looking at the name on the map Ryūto Haruno was flipping through. If it was Karakura Town, that would be interesting, especially if it was in the same block. Even if it was on the edge, Alistair could walk there in at most half an hour. However, they were likely going to Eita Yamano's house, so knowing the location was probably useless. It wasn't Natsuha Shinomiy's house. Would Eita Yamano really invite classmates over to his childhood sweetheart's house? That's ridiculous. Isn't spending time alone better than inviting people to be third wheels?

...

Alistair fell into deep thought, looking at the Shinomiy plaque hanging on the wall in front of him.

Was this Eita Yamano really this much of an idiot? Does he have no brain? He comes to his childhood sweetheart's house and actually brings his classmates along. Alistair could only conclude that Natsuha Shinomiy deserved to have her man stolen from her.

The moment Ryūto Haruno led them to this house with the Shinomiy plaque, Alistair knew that Eita Yamano and Natsuha Shinomiy were childhood sweethearts. This Eita Yamano, though, was truly useless. Alistair didn't know if this little gathering was initiated by Eita Yamano or Natsuha Shinomiy, but regardless of who suggested it, Eita Yamano inviting Ryūto Haruno was an act of sheer brain damage.

Judging from Natsuha Shinomiy's previous behavior, Alistair knew she was quite thirsty but also someone who had a strong ability to restrain herself. This type of person is fine for a short period, but if she can't be satisfied for an extended time, she will burst, finding it difficult to resist the "seduction" of others.

Of course, this was all based on the scenario where the person she liked, or her boyfriend, couldn't satisfy her. If he could satisfy her, naturally, nothing would happen. But Eita Yamano? Considering his behavior of holding a small gathering, or perhaps a study session, at his childhood sweetheart's house and inviting friends, Natsuha Shinomiy had probably been holding back for a long time.

Alistair could even imagine Natsuha Shinomiy, full of expectation, inviting her childhood sweetheart over, a lone man and woman, ready for some flaming action and intense physical exercise, only to discover her childhood sweetheart had brought a whole group of people. Her expression must have been one of sheer bewilderment and shock.

Ding-dong!

Ryūto Haruno pressed the doorbell, then stepped back, waiting for the homeowner's response.

Soon, a rather thin boy ran out of the yard. His appearance was quite plain, though he managed to reach the edge of "delicate." Standing next to the breathtaking beauty of Natsuha Shinomiy, the contrast would likely be quite severe. Alistair thought that if they walked together, he would think Natsuha Shinomiy was blind. The only reason she might be so attached to this Eita Yamano was probably the childhood sweetheart filter.

"Ryūto, you're here! I've been waiting for you!"

Eita Yamano ran over, opened the door, and greeted Ryūto Haruno with a smile. Then, he turned his gaze to Kasumi Haruno and Alistair. He didn't know Kasumi Haruno or Alistair, but he wasn't scared. The people Ryūto Haruno brought must be his acquaintances, so he looked at Ryūto Haruno expectantly, waiting for an introduction.

"Sorry, Eita, I'm late. I didn't know the way well, so I arrived a bit later. Also, this is my older sister, Kasumi Haruno, and this is my sister's boyfriend, Alistair Vance."

"Hello, little brother Yamano. I'm Kasumi Haruno. Thank you for always taking care of Ryūto. Just call me Big Sister Kasumi."

Kasumi Haruno's gentle voice and pure, beautiful face stunned Eita Yamano. He stared blankly for a moment, but his long-term relationship with Natsuha Shinomiy had given him some resistance, so he snapped out of it quickly. He immediately bowed slightly to Kasumi Haruno as an apology.

"Alistair Vance. You can just call me by my name. I don't pay much attention to formalities."

Alistair shrugged, indicating his laid-back personality and lack of concern for senior-junior etiquette. After all, even before transmigrating, his older brothers mostly called him by his name unless the age gap was significant. So, Alistair only bothered with these formalities when necessary. For casual interactions like this, he didn't pay much attention.

"How could I? I'll call you Big Brother Alistair. After all, you are my senior, and I plan to take the entrance exam for Sakura Public Academy as well!"

Eita Yamano suddenly became somewhat excited, catching Alistair completely off guard. The intensity of his enthusiasm was entirely unexpected.

Alistair wasn't puzzled about how Eita Yamano knew he was a Sakura Public Academy student. Alistair wore a Sakura Public Academy uniform jacket every day. Anyone with a bit of knowledge knew what the school uniform looked like, so he wasn't surprised that his school was recognized. He was mainly surprised by Eita Yamano's intense attitude.

In Alistair's mind, getting into Sakura Public Academy was simple. You could pass just by casually taking the exam. Why the excitement? You could pass that level by writing the test with your foot, right? Why was this Eita Yamano so worked up?

"It's quite easy to get into Sakura Public Academy; don't worry too much."

Alistair didn't mind speaking kindly to Eita Yamano, whose childhood sweetheart he was about to steal. Good words cost nothing, and in Alistair's view, it was the truth. Many students openly left class, so how could Alistair have a high opinion of the school?

"Thank you for your kindness, Big Brother Alistair. I know getting into Sakura Public Academy is not easy, but I will try my best. You don't need to comfort me like that!"

Eita Yamano showed a shy smile, looking very happy.

Alistair looked at Eita Yamano and didn't know what to say. He genuinely thought it was easy. He thought he had seen the teacher teaching algebra just a few days ago. Alistair had learned that back in junior high before he transmigrated. Did this happy education really go so far? Did it make people stupid?

Well, never mind. No matter how Eita Yamano performed, whether he passed the exam for this lousy school or not had nothing to do with Alistair. Alistair wouldn't have come here with Ryūto Haruno if it weren't for Natsuha Shinomiy. Wouldn't going to an amusement park or shopping with Kasumi Haruno be better than this? Maybe later, he could find a hotel to have a good physical workout and maintain his physical and mental health.

"Alright, come on in. Big Sister Natsuha must be waiting!"

Eita Yamano called them and led the group into the yard.
