Tsunade is stubborn; she doesn't care about seals or Jutsu; she simply wants to get by on medical Jutsu and a few outliers.

You, however, have your own path, and ninjutsu and sealing aren't what you need right now; they might even stunt your growth in training in Taijutsu and your Kekkei Genkai.
So please be patient, increase your knowledge and proficiency in what you have, and then we'll switch gears." Mito said earnestly, hoping to get through to Hiruko.
Hiruko, understanding what his mom was saying, simply nodded, and he guessed he could wait a little longer. He could also use this chance to increase his theoretical knowledge and focus on the jutsu he has now.
As for the Otsutsuki necklace, he'd focus on that when his sealing proficiency increased, and the water sword notes and Jutsu—he'd hold off on that for a while.
"Okay, Mom." Hiruko said with a small smile.
"Oh, and Orochimaru is coming over today after our mission. He wants to study a book Grandpa made on ninjutsu. Is that okay?" Hiruko asked.
Mito, hearing this, couldn't hide her excitement. 'Take that, Yuri. Did Hiruko ask Naori to come over?' she thought before calming herself and saying, "Yes, that's fine," with a smile.
The mother and son then continued to talk about various things for hours, deepening their bond until it was time for Hiruko and Tsunade to leave for their mission.

Hiruko, Tsunade, Jiraiya, and Orochimaru had just finished a mission. Tsunade was drenched in water, and Jiraiya had a large string of three bumps on his head.
The group had a mission to clean up the village's river from an accumulation of waste without using any Ninjutsu or kekkei genkai abilities.
And all was going pretty well until Jiraiya, who had taken a new interest in smut books, decided to try and see how Tsunade would look if she was drenched with water.
"It's for research," he said when Tsunade got angry, but these words only furthered her anger, and she punched him several times.
Hiruko, seeing this, decided it was in his best interest to ignore what was going on and instead turned to the memories he received from his shadow clone a few hours back.
'My strength, speed, durability, regeneration, and reaction speed have all increased and to an amazing degree.' Hiruko, though slightly impressed,
'I can use Water Style: Slick Step pretty easily now; now it's just about improving it to a higher degree and getting proficiency in using it in battle. Maybe I can ask Arata? I do still need to get him back' Hiruko thought, as he was itching to test out his newfound strength and proficiency.
Aside from his occasional fights with Arata training his Senju taijutsu and the first fight with Hiruzen, Hiruko never really gets to go all out and fight, which could become dangerous in the long run.
Sighing, Hiruko checked his reserves; seeing that they were nearly full, he decided to wait another hour before creating two new clones to go train.
After two hours, the group finished their mission and split up, with Jiraiya solemnly heading home.
As for why he was sad, who knows? Tsunade, halfway through, split up with Hiruiko and Orochimaru, saying she had to go to the library for research.
That left Hiruko and Orochimaru. Hiruko was slightly walking behind Orochimaru, as he was tired from creating two clones, one to train his observation Haki and the other the kilo-kilo fruit, both of which he had been neglecting.
