I can see exactly why Uncle Patton insisted we tackle this problem head-on. He wants those treacherous servants removed immediately, but he also needs to send a clear warning to anyone else considering betrayal.
"Every servant assigned to the Royal wing was planted there as a spy. Their job was to watch our family and feed information directly to the Elders. Not just to keep the Council informed, but to report back to their original Alpha masters." I hold up the damning evidence, letting the weight of betrayal settle over the room.
The paper crinkles as I set it down on the growing pile of documentation. Every eye in the throne room tracks my movement.
