Chapter 3: Blooming Blue Black Hole!
Today was the day the gang was making their transaction. They took out the prison keys, opened all the cells one by one, and then dragged everyone out of the cages, escorting them outside.
Everyone understood what was about to happen and fell into despair. Some wailed in anguish, some knelt and begged for mercy, and some even resorted to threats.
But the gang members showed no reaction to any of it. As long as people cooperated, they were left alone; those who didn't cooperate received a brutal beating with electric batons.
Soon, the gang members reached Su Mu's cell. Among them was that damned man, Jim.
Seeing Su Mu look over, Jim gave him a ferocious grin and made a provocative throat-slitting gesture.
However, he didn't see the fearful expression he expected from Su Mu. Instead, Su Mu actually gave him a bright smile, which annoyed him greatly.
"Yellow-skinned monkey, get the hell out! Today's your lucky day!"
Su Mu replied calmly, "That's right. It truly is a good day!"
Seeing Su Mu dare to talk back, Jim's expression immediately turned grim. He walked up to Su Mu and whispered:
"You probably don't know this, but I've already spoken to Dr. John. Your organ removal surgery will be done without any anesthetic. You will die in agony and despair!"
Su Mu just gave him a mysterious smile. "You might not get the chance to see that."
Provoked again, and unsure where this yellow-skinned monkey got the nerve to defy him, he decided to teach him a lesson.
Although he might be punished by the boss, as long as the kid wasn't dead, the punishment probably wouldn't be too severe.
He immediately clenched his fist and swung it violently at Su Mu's face!
He had long been annoyed by this handsome face, especially the calm expression it was feigning right now.
Seeing this, the gang members behind Jim didn't stop him. They watched with amusement, ready to savor the yellow-skinned monkey's desperate screams.
However, what happened next left them utterly shocked!
Jim's fist stopped right in front of the yellow-skinned monkey's face, unable to move even a fraction of an inch closer.
At first, they thought Jim was just playing around and joked:
"Jim, stop playing! The transaction is about to start. If you cause a delay, the boss will definitely skin you alive!"
"Yeah, yeah, hurry up and beat this yellow-skinned monkey. I can't wait to hear him scream in pain!"
"No, I'm not..."
Jim looked in terror at the man before him. His originally dark brown pupils had, at some point, turned a deep, azure blue. Even his black hair had inexplicably turned pure white overnight.
And right now, although the man was smiling at him, the cruel curve of his lips and the mockery and amusement in his eyes all indicated that this was his doing!
What in the world was going on?
Jim thought of something. Could it be that the man in front of him was a mutant!
At this point, the gang members behind him also realized something was wrong from Jim's response. Observing closely, they noticed more details.
The veins on Jim's arm were bulging, and his muscles were trembling continuously, which meant he was using all his strength.
And the closer his fist got to the yellow-skinned monkey's palm, the more strangely it trembled, as if the space there was severely distorted, even refracting light!
Something was wrong!
Everything happening before them was wrong!
They all thought of the same thing. Could that yellow-skinned monkey actually be a mutant!
An inexplicable fear enveloped their hearts. Especially seeing the indifferent smile on Su Mu's face, they all instinctively took a step back.
Watching Jim struggle, trying to get closer, Su Mu gave an encouraging smile.
"Ganbatte~ Ganbatte~ Just a little more effort and you can touch me!"
However, the smile on his face vanished instantly, because Jim, facing this unknown terror, actually tried to turn and run!
How could Su Mu let this man escape?
He still had a gift that hadn't been unwrapped.
The energy in his body circulated rapidly, providing him with a massive enhancement. Then, moving at a speed invisible to the normal human eye, he reached out, grabbed Jim's head, and slammed his entire body violently into the ground!
Bam!
Jim's head collided with the ground, making a sickening sound.
Following the severe impact to his head, the man passed out.
Su Mu, of course, didn't stop there. He used his enhanced strength to stomp down on Jim's limbs.
The immense force crushed flesh and bone. Minced flesh and blood flowed out from under Su Mu's foot, gradually spreading.
When his right arm was crushed, Jim was jolted awake by the intense pain. He let out a horrific scream and struggled violently.
But how could he possibly resist Su Mu?
He could only watch helplessly as Su Mu crushed all four of his limbs, turning him into a complete cripple.
Su Mu didn't look at Jim anymore. The gift had been delivered, and that was enough, whether he was satisfied or not.
Seeing the terrifying man in the cell, surrounded by blood, look over at them, his icy gaze snapped them out of their stunned shock.
One of them reacted instantly and shouted:
"His ability must have serious limitations, otherwise how could Jim have captured him?"
"Shoot him! We can definitely kill him!"
Everyone else immediately snapped to it. "Right! That's right, shoot!"
These gang members were clearly well-trained and had seen plenty of combat. They quickly recovered from their panic and aimed their rifles at Su Mu, firing.
But what happened next drove them to despair. A hail of bullets floated in the air, twisting strangely, yet unable to get even an inch closer to the terrifying man.
It was as if the distance between them wasn't just a few centimeters, but an entire ocean!
Limitless Cursed Technique!
"How is this possible? Why isn't it working?!"
"What the hell is his mutant ability?!"
"If he has such a terrifying power, why did he let Jim capture him before?"
They could no longer maintain their composure and could only instinctively pull their triggers, firing wildly at Su Mu.
But none of the bullets could get near Su Mu. He even had the leisure to block the bullets for Jim.
Su Mu had no intention of letting this man die so easily. He wanted him to drown in despair and agony!
Su Mu then looked at the gang members who were still firing, and at the others who had heard the commotion and were rushing over as reinforcements.
He then grinned, a mysterious arc forming on his lips. He casually extended his hands forward, palms facing each other and slightly cupped.
"Cursed Technique Lapse: Blue!"
The energy within his body flowed in a specific way. A terrifying blue vortex formed rapidly in front of Su Mu, swallowing all incoming bullets like a black hole!
Once it was fully charged...
BOOM!!!
The terrifying blue vortex erupted, flying forward at extreme speed. Whether it was flesh and blood or reinforced concrete, everything was sucked into the powerful vortex, vanishing without a trace!
When everything settled, all the gang members in front of him had disappeared, without even a shred of flesh left behind!
