I was interrupted by my dad "Stella is the food ready yet, am hungry you know" (referring to my mom) my dad said (in a loud tune as he walked into the kitchen). is this girl disturbing you cause I'll throw her through the window he said as he lift me off my feet and twirled me around, I giggled ( he puts me down)

Later at dinner, my aunt spoke; am guessing Linda must have told you the school I insisted she attend, yes she has my mom replied.
Dad(Baron): And what school is that
Aunt Nancy: "Grand high"
Dad: and where the hell is that.... in this city?
Mom(Stella): yes, The school I told you about
Dad: Hold on, is it that so called generational school you told me about?
Linda: Generational what...

Mom: I only said the school was built by my great grand uncle, and is now owned by one of his great grand son.

Dad: (shrugs)
Mom: well, Nancy you'll be resuming tomorrow
Linda: wait, tomorrow!!..... I haven't even gone for registration.
Aunt Nancy: Don't worry you've already been enrolled by me and you mom.

Dad: where the hell was I when this shit was happening.

Linda: first the pictures and now this by force school, I ain't comfortable with this.

Linda: Aggghh am outta here (I stormed up the stairs to my room).

I herd her calls and went into my room slamming the door shut, aghhh "what a funny mom".
I brought out the pictures, I had hid under my bed.

Dad: How's my baby bear doing. ( holding a plate of food he walked in closing the door behind him).

Linda : ( breaths heavily)
Dad: look, please just try to cope with your mom and trust me everything will be just fine.

Dad: yes, am sure... ok time to go to bed, tomorrow is a new day at a new school.

Dad kissed my forehead softly, and left the room.
I pushed the food aside and went straight to bed.
I was just half asleep when my mom came into the room, Honey are you asleep? I didn't reply, I know you aren't sleeping but I don't need you to reply, am sorry for what happened I know I should have informed you but..... aghhh am sorry hon, ( she shit the door as she left).
The next morning, my mom comes into the room, honey time to get ready but I was already dressed in a cute skirt and a Brazil croptop, my mom smiled and said "why don't you come down for breakfast", I gave a quick nod and we both went downstairs.
My aunt said she'll be dropping me at school cause mom and dad had to go to work.
After breakfast my mom called me saying she had a gift for me, I followed her to the sitting broom and she gave me a box, I opened it to see the latest IPhone which I had been saving for, mom!!!!! I screamed as I jumped into her arms. Mom this is the best gift ever thanks alot.... Linda you're gonna be late aunt said from the dinning, coming!!!! thanks mom I ran to the dinner and ran back for a hug and a kiss before finally leaving.
We got to a school with a big gate labelled "Discipline", my aunt told me to be safe as I came down and she drove off. What the hell am I supposed to do I said frozen at the gate. just then a bus pulled right in front of me and students rushed out excitedly. I was hit by a student and fell on the ground, a girl saw me and helped me up, I thanked her and went into the school without even waiting for her reply. I walked into the hallway as all eyes was literally on me, I kept my head to the ground and didn't realize stumbling into a boy, I looked up to see a tall, cute boy with curly hair and glasses putting on a jersey labelled "Grand high tumblers". Sorry, I said as I tried avoiding his eyes, he held my hand and I gumbled down saliva, you looked familiar, no am not.... am actually new.... please could you direct me to the principals office, he scanned me once again and showed me to a glass door down the hall.
I went inside and greeted the man seated the chair on his desk labelled principal. oh Linda I've been expecting you.He gave me a list of a instructions and my timetable and said have a wonderful day as he dismissed me, the rest of the day I kept to myself all through, I learned nothing and only focuses on the time so I could get home as soon as possible.At the end of the day I literally ran out of the school, I ran through the gate despite hearing someone calling out "hey new girl wait". I got home and no one was around, I went to my room and collapsed on my bed.
