Chapter 113 - Confessions From Girls? - 113

Dorm Room.

Amane obediently prepared tea for Horikita, who sat casually flipping through a book, her gaze never once settling on Amane.

"Suzune~"

The moment Amane leaned in, Horikita flicked her squarely on the forehead, sending her recoiling.

"Oww, that hurt," Amane whined, making a deliberate show of her discomfort.

Yet, to her surprise, Horikita remained completely unmoved.

"Suzune, don't be mad anymore. Ichinose didn't do it on purpose," Amane said, offering the teacup to Horikita.

This time, Horikita looked up and met Amane's eyes.

"So now you're speaking up for her?" she asked.

Amane's body went rigid instantly, and she instinctively tried to slip away, only for Horikita to seize her by a stray lock of hair.

"What is your relationship with Ichinose?"

Caught by her ahoge, Amane thought for a moment under Horikita's stern gaze.

"I'd say we're… friends?"

"Friends who feel each other up there?" Horikita shot her a sharp glare.

She should have gone along to that meeting. Just this once, she hadn't kept an eye on Amane, and that Ichinose had taken advantage.

What frustrated Horikita even more was that this dummy was still defending Ichinose. Didn't she realize she was the one who'd been wronged?

"It was an accident! I told you, it was an accident! You just won't listen to my explanation!" Amane had tried to explain the complicated situation as soon as she returned, but Horikita had simply covered her ears, refusing to hear it. Amane was at a loss.

"So you're saying this is my fault, then?" Horikita set her book down on the table, a hint of dejection flashing across her face.

"Eh? N-No, it's not your fault, Suzune! It's… it's got nothing to do with you!" Amane stumbled over her words, trying to explain, but Horikita kept watching her with those wounded eyes.

Finally, out of options, Amane surrendered herself entirely to Horikita's mercy.

"Don't be angry anymore, okay~? I'll do whatever you say today, how about that?" Burying her head in Horikita's chest, Amane nuzzled gently against her like a spoiled child.

"Really?" The doubt in Horikita's eyes stung.

"I said I'll listen to you today, and I mean it," Amane lifted her head from Horikita's chest, declaring with utmost seriousness.

"In that case… I want to touch too!!"

"Wha—!!"

"Suzune… are you done? Mmm~ I… I feel kind of… strange. My body's getting warm, my head's dizzy, and my face is burning up." Amane's body suddenly twitched sharply.

Horikita, who was holding Amane from behind, wore a look of intense concentration.

"Not yet. Please bear with it a little longer, Amane. But who would've thought… Ichinose was actually telling the truth." Even with her reluctance, Horikita had to admit it—the feel was really quite nice.

After what felt like an eternity, this intimacy meant to deepen their bond finally concluded amidst Amane's flustered, strange noises, ending their journey of exploration.

"Suzune… are you… satisfied now?" Amane asked, her head bowed, face hidden behind sweat-dampened strands of her silvery-white hair.

"Acceptable, I suppose. But your stamina needs work, Amane. I was just starting to get into it, and you were already at your limit…"

Horikita took a few sips of tea from her cup before turning to meet Amane's gaze.

"It's just not fair," Amane's voice came out in a delicate, sulky tone.

A shiver ran down Horikita's spine.

"Amane, you…"

"Suzune only cared about her own fun… Now I'm feeling a little… desirous too… Come on, let me… let me have a little taste of pleasure as well, okay?"

Something was wrong with Amane!

Just as Horikita moved to get up, Amane wrapped her arms tightly around her, holding her in place.

"Wait, Amane, you—" Horikita's protest was cut short as Amane gently laid her down on the bed.

Before Horikita's mind could even process the situation, she felt a searing heat on her neck. A warm sensation crept steadily upward, until all Horikita could manage were muffled, incoherent sounds.

Amane wasn't content with merely skimming the surface. She wanted to know Suzune more deeply. Her slender fingers traced slow circles over Horikita's abdomen, then drifted lower…

"Mmph!!"

Horikita, whose eyes had been glazed with dazed pleasure, jolted fully alert.

She tried to push Amane away, but found that Amane, taking advantage of her gasp, had breached her defenses entirely—launching a deep, 'unsportsmanlike' exploration.

With her defenses completely collapsed, Horikita could only watch helplessly as Amane, usually so soft and pliant, seemed to lose all control.

This aggressive, almost beastly side of her was intensely focused on raising their intimacy to another level. It was a novel, thrilling sensation, so different from their usual dynamic, sending adrenaline coursing through Horikita.

She gave up resisting. She chose to trust Amane.

And Amane, living up to that trust, moved atop Horikita, staking her claim with a fierce possessiveness.

But just as Horikita was on the verge of climax…

Amane suddenly went limp, collapsing motionlessly onto Horikita's body.

Horikita was terrified, fearing Amane had overexerted herself to the point of passing out… But as she checked Amane's condition, the soft, rhythmic sound of light snoring reached her ears.

Bewildered, Horikita picked up her phone and checked the time. It was already past midnight. Ah, right—it was Amane's designated sleep time.

No wonder she'd shut down so abruptly, like a forced power-off.

"Seriously! We were so close…" Horikita pouted, looking down at Amane sleeping soundly in her arms.

She couldn't resist reaching out a finger to gently poke Amane's soft cheek.

There was no reaction. Not even the steady rhythm of her breathing changed.

Based on Horikita's experience, she could probably wake Amane now, and Amane would likely resume where they'd left off.

But… who in their right mind would wake someone up for that when they were already asleep? The mere thought was absurd.

After a long internal debate, Horikita decided to let it go for tonight. She'd let Amane rest properly. As for tomorrow… Well, she'd deal with tomorrow then.

Horikita pulled the blanket over Amane, wrapping her up snugly. That should keep her from rolling off the bed in the middle of the night.

Amane was anything but a still sleeper. At first, Horikita had been able to use the sleeping Amane as a body pillow—she was soft, adorable, and hard to wake. It had been perfect.

But once Amane grew more comfortable with her, her sleeping habits had undergone a dramatic transformation. It started with tossing and turning, which was still manageable.

But then came the habit of splaying herself right on top of Horikita, which… added some pressure.

The most baffling part was how Amane would sometimes roll right over Horikita and straight onto the floor. Horikita could never let her guard down.

So, whenever Amane fell asleep first, Horikita made a point of bundling her up securely.

Once she'd finished tucking Amane in, Horikita got out of bed, threw on a light robe, and walked over to the window. She leaned elegantly against the window frame, her profile silhouetted against the glass.

The cold moonlight and the dim glow of the street lamps below evoked a sense of loneliness and emptiness in anyone who saw them. Horikita Suzune was no exception.

Bathed in the pale, chilly light, she turned her gaze back to Amane sleeping on the bed.

"If only we'd been a little faster…"

The words had barely left her lips when Horikita flinched as if electrocuted, quickly bringing her hands up to cover her burning, blushing face.
