Chapter 54 - [54]: About Kitagawa and Gojo’s Relationship

"Sajuna is very beautiful today."

Akira praised her at the entrance of Sajuna's house.

Sajuna, praised by Akira, seemed to have completed a daily task. A blush appeared on her face, like brilliant fireworks blooming.

"Thank you, Aki-Kun."

"See you tomorrow."

"See you tomorrow."

The two bid each other farewell.

Akira took out his phone from his pocket, opened Line, and sent a message to Wakana.

『Akira: How was your day?』

Less than a minute after the message was sent, "Read" appeared.

Wakana's reply arrived almost simultaneously.

『Wakana: I watched quite a few episodes today.』

『Wakana: I feel like I'll be able to start making it soon.』

Wakana seemed to have missed the main point Akira wanted to ask.

『Akira: That's not what I wanted to ask.』

『Akira: I was asking how you and Kitagawa-san got along, and whether you did anything intimate.』

Wakana looked at Akira's message, hesitated for a moment, and thought about what had happened today.

『Wakana: Nothing happened. I watched "Flower Princess" with Kitagawa-san all day today.』

『Akira: Then, Wakana, when do you plan to confess to Kitagawa-san?』

Akira went straight to the point. Questions between guys should be blurted out like this.

Wakana's cheeks immediately turned red as he looked at his phone screen.

Why does Akira-kun always expect him to pursue Kitagawa-san?

He already has a girlfriend, so why is he still so concerned about his love life?

Besides, he still doesn't understand Kitagawa-san's feelings, nor his own heart.

Speaking of which, he was just admiring the popular Kitagawa-san.

When he said before that he wanted to pursue Kitagawa-san, it was just an aspiration toward the popular Kitagawa-san.

Wakana seemed to understand his own heart and typed out a serious reply.

『Wakana: Please, Akira-kun, don't joke. I probably just purely admire Kitagawa-san.』

『Wakana: What I said before about pursuing Kitagawa-san was probably just a momentary impulse.』

Looking at Wakana's serious tone on the screen, Akira couldn't help but laugh.

Wakana is quite innocent, after all.

Is love at first sight the only kind of love in this world?

What is most known and envied is often the kind of love that grows over time and is reciprocated.

Speaking of which, he had been a bit too hasty.

As soon as he transmigrated, he thought about tricking the straightforward Wakana into pursuing Marin.

Now it seemed that changing the strategy to persuading Marin to confess to Wakana would be easier.

However, as a boy, persuading a girl to confess was indeed a bit inappropriate.

He should find an opportunity to talk to Sajuna about it.

After all, it was one of the few small wishes in his heart, and it might even be the obsession that allowed him to transmigrate.

He definitely had to accomplish it.

Back home, since there was no longer a need to rush the light novel, Akira sat on the sofa and thought for a while, then decided to do a thorough cleaning of the house.

Although it was a bit late, he wouldn't necessarily invite Sajuna to his house again tomorrow.

But for cleaning, does one need a reason?

As long as one has the motivation and energy to clean, anyone who sees the tidy, clean scene afterward will surely feel happy.

After spending nearly another hour cleaning the house, Akira went into the bathroom for a bath.

He felt the temperature in the bathtub was so captivating that he just wanted to fall asleep in it.

After drying his body and hair, he took out a set of brand-new bedding from the closet and made the bed.

Akira slowly got into bed and fell asleep.

The next day, Akira woke up in the morning and went to Sajuna's house, where he found that Sajuna and Shinju had already prepared breakfast.

"Sajuna and Shinju are both up so early today."

Akira ate the rice ball Sajuna had made, feeling that the rice this time was a bit softer than what he had eaten before, but it still wasn't as good as his own cooking.

However, he could still feel that Sajuna's cooking skills were improving.

After finishing the miso soup Sajuna had made, Akira gently burped.

"Aki-Kun, you don't need to eat so much for breakfast," Sajuna said with a hint of reproach.

"But Sajuna made so much. I can't waste it," Akira said indifferently.

Sajuna's cheeks flushed slightly. There were clearly still some practice dishes, and she hadn't expected Aki-Kun to eat them all without hesitation.

But seeing Aki-Kun's expression of enjoying the food, it shouldn't be fake, right?

Sajuna felt a slight sense of satisfaction in her heart.

The three of them finished breakfast around the table. Sajuna and Shinju took the bowls to the kitchen to deal with them.

Akira, who was usually the main force for post-meal work, stayed in the living room to rest.

Sitting on the sofa, Akira picked up the remote control from the corner and turned on the TV.

Indeed, the sound of the TV playing programs really made a place feel more like home.

Akira showed an expression that seemed to say, "I knew it."

After a while, Sajuna and Shinju came out of the kitchen. Sajuna walked directly to Akira's side.

Shinju, on the other hand, greeted Akira and went to her own bedroom.

"Eh? Is Shinju going out?"

"Yes. Shinju's friend invited her out to play today."

Sajuna nodded, then leaned on Akira's shoulder.

Sajuna was becoming increasingly skilled at this kind of affectionate behavior.

Akira then asked Sajuna, "Sajuna."

"Hmm? What is it, Aki-Kun?"

"Did you talk to Shinju about the cosplay yesterday?"

Sajuna's face showed a guilty expression, and spiral patterns appeared in her eyes, as if she were about to faint.

"I… I forgot."

After saying goodbye to Aki-Kun yesterday, her mind was in a mess, and she forgot to talk to Shinju about the cosplay.

Akira sighed.

But it didn't matter, because this cosplay would take a long time.

After all, this time they had to make clothes for four people.

Himself, Sajuna, Shinju, and Marin.

And the time certainly couldn't be based on two weeks of production.

Otherwise, it would really be too difficult for Wakana.

So, for now, let's not rush the cosplay matter.

Akira lowered his head and saw Sajuna's fair legs resting on the sofa.

Sajuna, at home today, was still wearing an oversized T-shirt, which hid the black shorts underneath.

A pair of long legs extended from the T-shirt, and at the end of her calves were small, delicate feet wrapped in white cotton socks.

Her feet wiggled gently inside as if unaccustomed, and from the outside, one could only feel their cuteness.

"Sajuna."

"Ah?"

Sajuna raised her face to look at Akira.
