Chapter 97 - Chapter 97 Hey, Lucy, my Lucy

Gwen nodded, raised her wrist, and the Omnitrix shot a scanning beam that enveloped Lucy.

Lucy looked a bit excited, allowing the light to travel all over her body.

The moment the scan ended, a phantom of a humanoid creature with two long, thin antennae on its head and a body made of purple sludge appeared on the Omnitrix's hero projection.

"Quick, try to transform! Gwen!" Lucy urged from the side, her eyes sparkling with anticipation.

Gwen, unable to refuse the kind invitation, pressed the Omnitrix, and a purple light exploded.

When the light faded, a female alien made entirely of purple mud appeared before everyone.

Aside from feeling like she was wrapped in a layer of purple mud, her figure was actually slender and well-proportioned, quite in line with human aesthetics.

Lucy cheered, and a purple light also emanated from her body, transforming her into a Purple Mud Alien in the blink of an eye, and she pounced forward.

Gwen didn't react in time and was embraced directly.

The two Purple Mud Aliens excitedly intertwined, their purple mud blending and mixing like two lumps of play-doh, with only two relatively delicate heads exposed.

Gwen felt the strange sensation on her body and said with some discomfort, "It's a bit weird."

"Cuddle! Cuddle!" Lucy didn't care at all, cheering as the purple mud of the two aliens' lower bodies churned as if boiling.

After a long while, Gwen finally heard the distress-like beeping, and the Omnitrix, after a long absence, burst into a red light.

She transformed back into her human form, hands on her knees, gasping for breath, her cheeks flushed, clearly quite exhausted.

"Lucy, you and Harley will definitely become best friends then."

Upon hearing this, Lucy transformed back into human form, her eyes wide with curiosity: "Who is that? The name sounds super interesting!"

She leaned closer to Gwen, resting her chin on her hands, looking eager for knowledge.

Gwen straightened up, caught her breath, and a meaningful smile played on her lips: "A girl who loves to laugh a lot."

"Oh... then she must be very lucky!"

"She was gaslighted by a scumbag, pushed directly into a chemical pool, and went crazy."

...Oh oh." Lucy blinked. "Then I definitely have to meet her if there's a chance!"

"In a few years, definitely in a few years."

At this moment, Benjamin, who had been silently watching the two interact, stepped forward and looked at Gwen seriously: "Gwen, I want to install something on your Omnitrix."

Gwen raised an eyebrow and offered her left wrist.

Benjamin took Gwen's arm, operated the Omnitrix's dial a couple of times with his fingers, then tapped his own Omnitrix a few times, and after a while, the Omnitrix on Gwen's wrist emitted a system notification sound.

"All done." Benjamin put down Gwen's hand and clapped his hands.

Gwen stared at her Omnitrix, her eyes full of doubt: "What did you install? So mysterious."

"An automatic unlock program."

"Automatic unlock program? What does that mean?"

"It will automatically unlock suitable alien heroes for you based on the threats you encounter. For example, if you encounter a particularly huge enemy, and you vigorously slap the dial, you might unlock Way Big."

Gwen's eyes instantly lit up, a look of surprise on her face. She heavily patted Benjamin's shoulder, her tone sincere: "That's great! Thank you, Ben!"

"Ben, did she call me Ben?" For the first time, Ben Tennyson was called Ben by Gwen, his three-time reincarnated sister. He was stunned, a hint of surprise flashed across his face, followed by a brilliant smile, he nodded gently, his eyes filled with unconcealed joy.

Seeing this, Gwen's expression became a bit more serious. She pursed her lips and said, "Ben, I have one more favor to ask."

Upon hearing this, Ben Tennyson put away his smile, looked at Gwen with focused eyes, and asked, "What is it? As long as I can do it, I'll definitely help you."

Gwen didn't answer directly but extended a finger and pointed to Ben Tennyson's right wrist.

Ben Tennyson subconsciously lowered his head, his gaze falling on the wristband. He paused slightly and asked tentatively, "Ultimate Evolution?"

Gwen nodded vigorously, her eyes full of anticipation.

Ben Tennyson was silent for a moment, his expression somewhat conflicted: "I can install the relevant program on the broken watch, but..."

"But what?"

Ben Tennyson looked at Gwen, who was only eight years old, and scratched his head: "You're too young. During Ultimate Evolution, your entire body feels like it's being dismantled and reassembled, your bones and muscles are enduring tearing pain. With your current physical condition, you simply can't handle it."

Gwen was stunned after hearing this, only then remembering that it seemed to have been mentioned in the original work.

But she still pressed on: "Then when can I?"

Ben Tennyson tapped the dial a few times with his finger, bringing up a string of data.

"Soon. By the time you're sixteen, your body will definitely be able to handle it. I only started using Ultimate Evolution when I was sixteen."

"Oh, that works too."

It has to be said that Gwen was quite relaxed here; her speech now somewhat resembled how she spoke in her previous life.

After all, in Gotham, as the eldest daughter of the Wayne Family, she always had to be a bit ladylike, otherwise, she felt like she was disgracing the Wayne Family.

It's not that she was pretending there, but some things, once learned, were ingrained and carried into daily life.

But here, those things completely slipped her mind, as if... as if another set of muscle memory had been activated.

However, it was almost time. After unlocking the Purple Mud Alien form, Gwen was ready to head back directly.

She operated the Omnitrix, contacted Azmuth, and found an empty room in the Tiangong Society.

With a familiar flash, Azmuth, in the form of the old man from Galvan, reappeared.

Behind Azmuth, there was also a Galvan Deformed carrying large and small bags.

Gwen turned to look at Ben Tennyson, Grandpa Max, and Lucy, who had come to see her off. Her lips curved upwards, and she waved, her voice somehow carrying a hint of reluctance.

Of course, Gwen herself knew that this feeling of reluctance did not belong to her.

"Thank you all this time. See you again if there's a chance!"

Ben Tennyson scratched his head, then suddenly asked as if remembering something: "Should I call Kevin? He knows about your existence and would definitely want to meet you."

Gwen was startled by his suggestion, shaking her head like a rattle drum, her face full of resistance.

"No, no, no, Mr. Benjamin."

Are you kidding me! She only wanted to cuddle with her soft, sweet little sister! She didn't want that kind of past life lover, three lives, three worlds thing!

Ben Tennyson could only awkwardly rub his nose and smile helplessly at the fact that he had said the wrong thing and was once again demoted to Mr. Benjamin.

Meanwhile, Grandpa Max stepped forward and said seriously, "Gwen, you forgot something."

"Something?" Gwen looked at herself and then at her wrist.

She was wearing her broken watch, so what was missing?

Grandpa Max, however, smiled and took out a magic book from his embrace.

That magic book belonging to "Lucky Girl."

"Take it. We don't use it even if we keep it."

At this moment, Azmuth, who had been standing by, had already assembled the machine and turned around, nodding to the Galvan Deformed waiting nearby.

The Galvan Deformed immediately transformed into a gelatinous mass and attached itself to the machine.

After strengthening the machine, the muzzle of the ray gun was aimed at the void not far away.

A dazzling laser beam erupted, and the space it touched seemed to be cut by an invisible blade, making a "sizzling" sound.

Ripples appeared in the air, and then a green-edged crack was torn open.

Azmuth took a few steps to Gwen's left, quickly operating the Omnitrix on her wrist. After confirming the operation was complete, he said, "The coordinates of your Universe are saved. Go back."

"Oh, okay."

However, just as Gwen took a step to enter the rift, she seemed to suddenly remember something and pulled back.
