Chapter 96 - Shannon – Not an Omega

—Seven Years Ago—

The air was starting to warm as early spring arrived. Ever since my inner wolf awakened, I barely felt the cold anymore.

Many good things had been happening to me lately, including visiting Mom together with Daddy.

Like today. Daddy and I had just returned from Bloom Pack. Whenever we visited Mom, it was only the two of us, without Green Pack warriors. It felt like private family time.

"Daddy, next week the academy will conduct inner wolf evaluations. Those who are likely omegas or true alphas will be identified then," I said excitedly, glancing at Daddy as he drove.

Daddy looked a lot like me. Straight blond hair, blue eyes. Even the way we smiled was the same.

"After that, everyone will know I'm an omega, and my engagement to Adrian can be made official. Not just words anymore," I continued, already imagining a happy future with Adrian.
