The morning was bright and the air was cool as Kazuto Nakimaro stood in front of the small shop near the school, holding his school bag. His calm face and gentle smile reflected a thoughtful and reserved person, a lover of games, always observing the world around him quietly.
Next to him was Ryo, his cheerful and kind friend, bouncing on his toes as if he couldn't wait.
"Kazuto! Are you ready for the first day?" Ryo asked excitedly, his eyes sparkling with energy.
Kazuto smiled calmly and said, "Yes… and I'll try not to get too lost in my games today."
Suddenly, Aika, the cheerful and intelligent girl, approached them, smiling with curiosity shining in her eyes.
"Good morning! You two look ready for a day full of adventures, don't you?" she said, her eyes gleaming as she looked at them.
On the other side appeared Mirei, the sharp-tempered girl, her face reflecting seriousness that words couldn't shake.
"Let's not waste time. School starts in just a few minutes," she said firmly, as if giving everyone an early warning.
They all entered the school together, every corner alive with movement: students laughing, exchanging greetings, and some looking as nervous as Kazuto. The hallways were wide, lockers lined the walls, and colorful posters announced clubs and upcoming events.
When they entered the classroom, everyone took their usual seats. Kazuto felt an unexpected comfort—he was with Ryo, and Aika's presence added warmth, while Mirei observed everything around her with sharp eyes.
The students settled in their seats, and the classroom gradually filled with the sounds of movement and whispers. Ryo couldn't stop whispering and commenting on everything around him.
"Look at that new guy… he looks kind of strange, doesn't he?" he whispered, pointing at a student trying to find a seat.
Aika chuckled softly and said, "The first day is always like this… everyone feels a little nervous."
As for Mirei, she sat upright, watching everyone closely, as if trying to memorize every detail about her new classmates.
Suddenly, the teacher entered the classroom with a friendly smile. His voice was calm yet clear:
"Good morning, students! Welcome to our class, and I hope your school year will be full of exciting challenges and knowledge."
Students exchanged nervous glances and smiles. As Kazuto listened, he noticed a confident classmate sitting at the front, laughing freely with his friends.
"Looks like I'm going to learn a lot about different personalities this year…" Kazuto whispered to himself, feeling a mix of curiosity and caution.
Within a few minutes, the class began to settle in, students chatting, and the atmosphere softened. Kazuto, Ryo, Aika, and Mirei were already starting to engage in this new world, a school world they hadn't known before, yet one full of opportunities and small adventures waiting around every corner.
