The cool air coming from the car blew into his face, giving him a refreshing feeling. While driving, he couldn't help but look outside the window; every car they passed by seemed to be moving quite slowly, as streaked by several moving cars in an instant.
The more Ragna got to know, the more he thought she might not only have a strong backing but she might also be wealthy.
It didn't take long for them to arrive before a mega obsidian-looking skyscraper located in the southern part of the city, the building was so tall that it seemed like there was no end to it, making anyone who passed by it to wonder just how many stories the building was made of, even Ragna had the same thoughts as the passerby.
The building was also the only tallest mega skyscraper in this region, the building was bustling with people, however, it seemed like only a particular number of people were allowed into it, as anyone who wanted to enter either seemed to have booked for a reservation or had a special card, as there were about ten men on black suits standing at the entrance.
After they arrived, Miss Levy parked at a corner and got out with Ragna by her side as they walked towards the entrance of the building.
At the sight of Miss Levy, the men in black suits immediately bowed their heads respectfully, doing the same to Ragna when they spotted him together with her.
Ragna had been a familiar face since last month, ever since the incident of the trio, since the day after she attested for him, they had been coming here.
Her dojo was just at the uppermost part of the building, and they would always come here to train.
"Welcome young miss Levy"
"Welcome young master Ragna."
The men in the black suits said in unison, Ragna nodded at them, while Miss Levy simply threw her car key at them without bothering to turn her neck. One of them caught it and walked towards the sports car.
Compared to the outside of the building, the inside was even more bustling, with men and women roaming about their businesses, while female receptionists of different complexion, height, and figure, hinting at different races, could be seen moving about as they attended to these people.
At the sides of each floor were counters.
The ceiling was a multicolored diamond that blended well with the environment, with little glowing orbs lighting up everywhere.
These orbs seem to be the source of light in the building, as for the material it was made of, anyone could tell it was as expensive as trying to get into the building.
Miss Levy and Ragna ignored all these as they headed towards the corridor, heading to the first floor of the building. After they went past it, before them were elevators.
As if sensing people, the transparent doors of the elevator slid open, and they both walked inside along with some other people; however, the transparency was just the effect of the material it was made from, and not actually transparent from the outside.
Only those inside could see the outside. While they were inside the elevator, Ragna couldn't help but recount what led to the beginning of his training with Miss Levy.
"Who are you, actually? You aren't Ragna are you?"
These were the words that came out of Miss Levy's mouth, the moment the door was closed behind them.
Ragna had a look of indifference when she asked those questions upon his arrival. He already suspected the reasons she requested to see him had something to do with her suspicion towards him.
"What do you think? If I am not Ragna, do you suggest someone took over his body and now controls him?"
Ragna shrugged, while he replied. Miss Levy frowned upon hearing his answers, although she had many doubts about him and his recent attitudes and awakening, but she didn't expect him to be so bold, as to reply this way.
She had been expecting to see the look of fear on his expression, or anything that could give away any hints, but his reaction surprised her. Not only was he unbothered, but he also wasn't showing any signs of fear or shock, as she expected.
Of course, Ragna was telling her the truth but he was aware that there was no way she would be able to tell he was lying, since there was literally no way to tell the difference between him and the old Ragna physically, and every other thing except for his new attitude and strength, which could all be explained.
There was an awkward silence as Miss Levy seemed to be in a daze, while Ragna simply stared at her.
"Also, I know you killed Hansen, Galadima, and Ned, didn't you? Don't worry even if you did, there's no cause for alarm. I don't intend to tell on you anyway."
Miss Levy.
However, Ragan didn't say anything; his silence was neither accepting nor denying her claims. She frowned even further; his current reaction was totally out of her expectations.
It was like he was telling her, he did it, while also saying he didn't, as well, increasing her suspicion about him; however, there was no way to prove she was right.
