Inside the Sabaody Archipelago, the incident in which former Celestial Dragon Doflamingo killed the current head of the Rozwald Family, Saint Rozwald, was classified by the Five Elders as the most heinous of cases—a "Godslaying Incident."
For countless years, although there had occasionally been attacks on Celestial Dragons, there had never been a case where one was so openly and brazenly executed in front of so many commoners.
If this was not handled properly, not only would the World Government lose face, but more and more people might follow suit.

"Big Sister Torch Lily, Big Sister Torch Lily!" Iris shook Torch Lily lightly, pulling her out of her daydream before saying,
