Volume 5 | Chapter 54 : "The Power of Eyes — Tenshoudhā"
The atmosphere inside the war chamber shifted the moment Jin Yuan finished studying the floating maps of Hell's movements. His fingers tapped on the table once, sharp and precise.
Jin Yuan:
"So what's next? How are you planning to win against Hell?"
His voice was calm — excessively calm — but the tension behind it was unmistakable. He was already calculating possibilities, already thinking of how to eliminate threats before they even formed.
Shinonu stepped forward, his expression solemn.
Shinonu:
"We're trying to activate Tenshoudhā."
Reona blinked, brows rising slightly.
Queen Victoria Reona:
"Ah? Tenshoudhā? What exactly does that mean?"
Shinonu inhaled softly, as if preparing to unwrap a piece of forbidden history.
Shinonu:
"Tenshoudhā was a power only Zenōnuke Clan members could activate in the Second Heaven. It was awakened by only eight members in all of recorded history… but their names and everything about them was erased from the records."
Jin Yuan's eyes narrowed.
He didn't react emotionally — he rarely did — but his mind was already racing ahead, analyzing every implication.
Jin Yuan:
"Oh? Tenshoudhā… Zenōnuke clan, again. Interesting."
Shinonu continued.
Shinonu:
"Tenshoudhā manifests in the eyes. Whoever activates it can trap enemies inside a Visionary Illusion World. But… using Tenshoudhā without proper Spherical Energy of the Heavens causes temporary blindness. Your vision shuts down until your energy level rises back to what it was before activation."
Reona's lips parted slightly.
Queen Victoria Reona:
"Oh… I didn't know anything like that existed…"
Her tone held a soft wonder, mixed with unease.
Jin Yuan:
"So only Second Heaven Zenōnuke clan members can activate it, right?"
Shinonu nodded.
Shinonu:
"Yes. Tenshoudhā is incredibly dangerous. Every Zenōnuke clan member who awakened it became a terrifying force. Calm, silent, overwhelmingly powerful… they were feared for a reason."
Reona swallowed.
Queen Victoria Reona:
"That sounds intense. So what exactly happens when someone gets caught in a Tenshoudhā illusion attack?"
Shinonu's expression hardened.
Shinonu:
"There are many forms of Tenshoudhā. Each user has their own techniques. The rarest type — the Illusionary World Variant — is called 'Yonuzuke.'"
He paused, letting the weight of the word sink in.
Shinonu:
"Yonuzuke traps your mind inside an illusion. Physically, you're unharmed… but mentally, you get drained at terrifying speed. If you stay inside the illusion for three seconds in the physical world…
that equals seventy-two hours inside the illusion realm."
Jin Yuan exhaled slowly — the closest thing he ever showed to surprise.
Jin Yuan:
"That's actually very deadly."
Reona shivered, a chill running down her spine.
Queen Victoria Reona:
"That sounds… terrifying…"
Her voice trembled faintly, eyes tense.
Shinonu nodded grimly.
Shinonu:
"Yeah. Tenshoudhā is both deadly and fatal. One wrong move… and death is confirmed."
The room fell silent.
A silence heavy enough to echo.
Because everyone understood:
They were no longer dealing with normal enemies.
They were stepping into a battlefield where even three seconds could destroy a soul.
