They appeared in just some random street of the city that looked like people with decent income would live in.
It was also quite hard to breathe, as if they were currently at a high-altitude place, and the sky seemed much closer for some reason.
"This city is about five kilometers up from the ground. We can only survive here, barely, because we are level 2. You need to be at least level 2 before coming here.
"From here on, we won't encounter level 1 players anymore."
