Synopsis
When Ha Shiro, a simple barber, suddenly finds himself transported into the world of One Piece, his only goal is to survive. Blessed—or perhaps cursed—with the Superhuman Hair-Hair Fruit, he decides the safest path is to join the Marines. With a steady hand and sharp scissors, he makes a name for himself as a quiet, capable soldier who just happens to give the best haircuts on the Grand Line. But fate takes an unexpected turn one day while he’s trimming Tina’s hair. A mysterious system awakens inside him, whispering promises of power, rewards… and chaos. Five years later, Ha Shiro fakes his own death and disappears from the Marines, leaving behind only rumors and a single legend—the Navy’s missing “Tony-sensei.” Now, the Straw Hat Pirates sail the seas without realizing their favorite stylist has a secret identity. Sanji: “Why does it take him thirty seconds to cut my hair, but half a day for Nami’s?” Ha Shiro: “Because trimming yours gives me two stamina points, while cutting theirs earns me dozens. You think I’m stupid?” Luffy: “Where did Ha Shiro go?” Zoro: “Let’s head to the Kingdom of Women and find him…” Filled with laughter, wild adventures, and the occasional haircut that can literally change the tide of battle, this is a lighthearted tale about ships, friendship, and the world’s most overpowered barber.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

"Phew… finally escaped. From now on, the name Mr. Tony will sink to the bottom of the sea."

A young man in a tattered Marine uniform sat slumped on a piece of floating timber, one hand on his head. Behind him, a massive Marine supply ship lay half-submerged and unrecognizable—its sails shredded, its hull blackened by smoke.

That young man was Ha Shiro, a barber who had mysteriously crossed into the world of One Piece five years ago.

As a simple hairstylist from another world, Ha Shiro's first instinct upon arrival was survival. And in a sea full of pirates, monsters, and Devil Fruit users, the safest place he could think of was among the Marines. His body wasn't exactly combat material—thin, fragile, and easily bruised—but he was clever enough to find a workaround.

At the time, he held a mysterious wooden box in his hands. Inside was a Devil Fruit—though not one he recognized from the manga or anime he once knew. It didn't matter. Desperation overruled hesitation, and he took a bite.

The taste? Horrendous. The result? Uncertain. But that strange fruit—later revealed to be the Superhuman Hair-Hair Fruit—would change his fate forever.

Joining the Marines, however, was easier said than done. Their entry process was strict, requiring background checks, recommendations, and physical standards. And Ha Shiro… had none of those. He was just a kid with no connections and below-average strength.

Still, through sheer persistence—and a bit of luck—he managed to get accepted as a low-ranking recruit. His job? Not fighting pirates, but shaving heads.

For months, his life revolved around two things: cleaning up Marine haircuts and trying not to get beaten during training. Slowly, the name "Tony" spread through the ranks—a friendly nickname given by the soldiers he groomed. And before long, his skills earned him a transfer to Marine Headquarters.

He had dreams then. He thought that once he got to the main base, he'd learn the legendary Six Styles (Rokushiki) techniques and become stronger.

Reality, however, was cruel.Without background, talent, or influence, Ha Shiro was left to train like every other no-name recruit—swinging fists, taking hits, and shaving heads for extra meals. After a year of this monotonous grind, he managed to learn his first Rokushiki technique: Tekkai (Iron Body).

Unfortunately, it was the worst one to start with."Iron Body," as it turned out, was just a fancy way of saying get beaten up until your body hardens. And Ha Shiro became the Marines' favorite punching bag.

That is, until one woman changed everything.

"Wash-and-Cut Tony, right? I've heard you're pretty good. Come, trim my hair."

The voice belonged to Tina, a striking Marine officer with the powers of the Cage-Cage Fruit.

At this point, the name "Mr. Tony" had become well-known in the headquarters—not for his fighting, but for his legendary barbering skills. Ha Shiro accepted her request without hesitation, focusing intently as he snipped, combed, and styled her hair to perfection.

Then it happened.

"Strongest Barber System has met activation conditions. Status panel unlocked. Host may view attributes.""First haircut completed: absorbed supporting character Tina's hair. Stamina +98."

Ha Shiro froze mid-trim.What… kind of system is this? And why stamina?

Curious, he opened his new "status panel."

Host: Ha ShiroOccupation: BarberDevil Fruit: Hair-Hair Fruit (Superhuman Type)Abilities: Rapid Growth, Hair Absorption, Stretching, Flexible Control, High Imitation (More to be developed)Stamina: 998 / 1007Skills: Rokushiki – Iron Body (Beginner: 356 / 500)*

With that discovery, Ha Shiro finally saw a path forward. If cutting hair could make him stronger… then he'd cut every head in the Marines.

And so began his new life goal: trim the world, one haircut at a time.

"Vice Admiral Garp, you've been working hard. Let me give you a cleanup—on the house."

"Huh? I heard your handiwork isn't bad, kid. Let's see what you've got," Garp said with a grin.

Ten minutes later, after trimming Garp's famously wild hair—

Stamina +56New skill unlocked: Rokushiki – Finger Pistol.

Garp slapped his knee and laughed."Not bad, little ghost! I'll be coming to you again!"

And just like that, Ha Shiro's reputation exploded. For years, he moved from one Marine officer to another—cutting, styling, and quietly growing stronger through his mysterious system.

But five days ago, he hit a wall. Regular Marines now gave him only 0.1 stamina per haircut. The "wool" he could shear from the Navy was all but gone.

Only the female Marines gave higher bonuses—but they were few, and not all were willing to sit in his chair.

So, he made a decision. It was time to fake his death and disappear.

"Navy life? Not a chance in hell I'm going back. There are too many beautiful women out there waiting for me," he muttered, standing proudly atop the wrecked ship. "The Navy buried Mr. Tony. Long live Ha Shiro!"

He exhaled deeply and smiled. "Now… time for a makeover."

Straightening his once-curly blond hair, he dyed it jet-black, let it grow past his waist, and tied it loosely behind him.

"The name Tony dies with this ship."

When he checked his status again, it looked like this:

Host: Ha ShiroOccupation: BarberDevil Fruit: Hair-Hair Fruit (Superhuman Type)Abilities: Rapid Growth, Hair Absorption, Stretching, Flexible Control, Hardening, Hair Needle, Command (More to be developed)Stamina: 8,996 / 10,025Rokushiki Skills:• Iron Body (Proficient – 565 / 10,000)• Paper Art (Advanced – 30 / 5,000)• Shave (Expert – 6,586 / 10,000)• Tempest Kick (Expert – 5,687 / 10,000)• Finger Pistol (Expert – 8,106 / 10,000)• Moonwalk (Proficient – 106 / 10,000)Haki:• Observation Haki – Intermediate (69 / 1,000)• Armament Haki – Unawakened• Conqueror's Haki – Unknown

In five years, Ha Shiro had learned much about this world. He knew now that he was in the East Blue, though his exact position was unclear. Still, based on the timeline, Luffy should have just recently set sail.

"This is perfect. If I can find him, maybe I can tag along," he said with a smirk.

He raised his hand. "Alright—let's head for the skies first! Go, Hair Propeller!"

A black, spinning propeller formed above his head, made entirely of hair strands. Slowly, it lifted him into the air.

From that height, the vast blue ocean stretched endlessly. No islands in sight.

"Alright, then. I'll follow the sun. East should do."

Channeling his hair like coiled springs, he launched himself forward—just as Doflamingo used strings to walk the skies—bouncing across the wind with remarkable speed.

After several hours, his stamina dropped to a third of its max.

"Hah… finally. An island."

He landed roughly on a patch of sand, breathing hard.

"Let's rest a bit… fill my stomach too," he muttered, scanning the area. "Hmm… no houses. No people. Just animals… an uninhabited island, huh?"

And so began the next chapter of Ha Shiro's life—the wandering barber of the seas.
