In the Fate/Grand Order worldline, if she hadn't met Goetia, she would have lived as a saintess, just as she helped the staff in SERAPHIX.
However, her fundamental nature was outrageous in any world. In EXTRA, she could awaken into a monster beyond a Beast, capable of fighting a Saber, or in the Tsukihime worldline, after awakening her demonic nature, she was a mere beginner in higher dimensions and gave up trying to rule the human world.
In FGO, because of Goetia, she learned of her EXTRA self, became tainted, and fell.
True to a Beast, she is so outrageous that even Goetia called her merely a strong, pitiful beast. On top of that, she is an extremely powerful being, said to be the strongest in the mental domain.
