Chapter 41 - Imitate

Sanemi caught Giyuu's hand and kissed his fingertips. "I'll stick to being your knight in shining armor instead." He said with a wink, his earlier embarrassment forgotten as he pulled Giyuu closer again. "No more crossdressing attempts for me." The tempo of the music shifted to something more upbeat and energetic. Sanemi's eyes lit up with excitement as he grabbed Giyuu's hands.

"Let's really show them how it's done now!"

He shouted over the music, already moving to the faster beat. The crowd around them cheered as Sanemi started to dance more aggressively, his movements becoming a blur of controlled energy. He pulled Giyuu into a series of fast spins and complex footwork, challenging him to keep up.

"Come on, keep up with me!" Sanemi challenged playfully, his competitive spirit taking over as they danced through the faster song. Giyuu matched Sanemi's pace, his body moving with practiced grace despite the faster tempo. The two of them became the center of attention on the dance floor, their chemistry evident in every move.

"You're incredible, Giyuu!" Sanemi called out, his voice filled with pride and admiration as they continued their passionate dance.

As the song reached its climax, Sanemi suddenly dipped Giyuu low, holding him securely in his arms. The crowd erupted in applause, but Sanemi's eyes were locked only on Giyuu's face, completely mesmerized. "You're breathtaking." He whispered, before slowly bringing Giyuu back up, their foreheads touching as they caught their breath. The kiss was passionate and sweet, filled with all the love and excitement of their dance. The crowd around them faded away as they lost themselves in the moment.

Sanemi's hands cupped Giyuu's face gently, deepening the kiss before reluctantly pulling away.

"I love you, Giyuu." He said softly, his voice full of emotion as he gazed into Giyuu's eyes. The sound of the crowd's applause brought them back to reality, and Sanemi grinned sheepishly. "Looks like we've got an audience." He said, wrapping an arm around Giyuu's waist protectively. Some people were whistling and cheering, while others were pretending not to notice the intimate moment. The fast-paced energy shifted again as a romantic slow song began to play. Sanemi pulled Giyuu closer, one hand on his waist and the other holding his hand.

"This is perfect." He murmured, swaying gently with Giyuu to the soft melody.

The world around them seemed to melt away as they moved together in a slow dance, foreheads touching and hearts beating in sync. Sanemi rested his cheek against Giyuu's hair, his eyes closed as he savored the moment. "I could stay like this forever." He whispered, his voice low and intimate. Their bodies moved together in perfect harmony, the slow rhythm allowing them to feel every beat of their hearts and breath against each other. As the song played on, Sanemi gently guided Giyuu in a slow circle, his fingers tracing small patterns on Giyuu's back. The soft lights from the festival created a dreamy atmosphere around them, making everything feel magical and surreal.

"You know, I never thought I'd find someone who makes me feel this way." Sanemi confessed quietly, his voice filled with emotion as he held Giyuu even closer. Giyuu looked up at Sanemi, his eyes shining with love and contentment. "Neither did I. But here we are." He replied softly, resting his head against Sanemi's chest and listening to his steady heartbeat. The music continued to play, but for them, time seemed to stand still as they danced in their own world of love and happiness. Sanemi pressed a gentle kiss to Giyuu's temple, his heart swelling with affection.

"Thank you for being in my life, Giyuu." He said sincerely, his voice barely above a whisper.

The song was reaching its end, but neither of them wanted to break the spell of this perfect moment. As the final notes played, Sanemi slowly lifted Giyuu's chin with his finger, gazing deeply into his eyes. The crowd around them began to clap again, but Sanemi barely noticed them as he leaned in for another tender kiss. "I love you." He repeated, his voice filled with warmth and certainty. Giyuu smiled against Sanemi's lips, feeling completely cherished and loved.

"I love you too, Sanemi." He responded softly, his arms wrapping around Sanemi's neck as they shared another sweet kiss.

The festival lights continued to twinkle above them, but in that moment, they had everything they needed - each other. Sanemi kept his arm around Giyuu's waist as they walked through the festival grounds, admiring the various stalls and attractions. The night air was cool and refreshing, and the sounds of laughter and music filled the atmosphere. "Let's check out that game booth." Sanemi suggested, pointing to a shooting game with prizes hanging above. Sanemi's first few shots missed completely, causing him to curse under his breath. "Damn it... these targets are tricky."
