The proposal submitted by the Westmark Commercial Consortium reached Sage's desk the following morning.
Frederick Bellamy, the consortium's representative, had presented an ambitious plan to develop Greyfen into one of Westmark's most important centers for trading dungeon resources.
The proposal included warehouses, transportation services, processing workshops, and a commercial marketplace where Adventurers could sell valuable materials recovered from the S-Rank Dungeon.
On the surface, the arrangement appeared beneficial.
However, several provisions concerned Sage.
Inside his office, Irene, Tobias, Marcelline, and Garran gathered to examine the proposed agreement before negotiations began.
Sage placed the document upon the table.
"Let's start with the transportation arrangements," Sage instructed, looking toward Tobias. "Would these services actually improve our current operations?"
Tobias examined the relevant pages.
