Hiruzen kept his eyes fixed on him, face growing darker by the second.
Inside the Shinigami's Stomach
Kushina exploded.
"MINATO! Let go! I'm going to bite Tsunade to death—how dare she call you an idiot?!"
Minato held her tightly before she could rampage into the void.
He sighed softly.
"Tsunade may not know you're Naruto's mother…
or that I'm Naruto's father."

[Hashirama: Madara, please stop talking…]

[Then she glanced at her awful hand of cards, lifted her still-youthful face—despite being fifty—and said:]
["Hokage is garbage. Only garbage wants to become one."]
Konoha
Hiruzen froze.
"I threw my life away to seal one of Orochimaru's hands…
and that makes me garbage?"
He suddenly realized—
It… did sound garbage.
Root Base
Danzō slammed the table.
"She called the position I've pursued my entire life… garbage?!
Tsunade!
When I become Fifth Hokage, the first thing I'll do is send you to meet the First!"
Naruto's eyes widened.
"Hokage isn't garbage! I'll punch you into the sky!"
Sasuke snorted.
"So childish… though honestly… he might actually challenge her on the spot."
Iwagakure
Ōnoki burst into laughter.
"Well said! Hokage is trash!"
"Grandpa, if Hokage is trash… then what about Tsuchikage?"
Ōnoki froze.
If Hokage was trash, then all Kage were trash.
His face darkened.
"That damned Tsunade… calling me trash…
Just wait!"
Kumogakure
A: "Hokage is trash—especially that Third!"
Mabui's face stiffened.
"Lord Raikage… careful with your words."
"Why?"
"We were terrified of the Third Hokage's 'strongest in history' reputation for years…"
A froze.
Remembering that Hiruzen was actually weak made his face burn with shame.
Sunagakure
Chiyo sighed.
"I suppose I'll have to come out of retirement."
With the Fourth Kazekage dead, and Konoha about to plunge into chaos, the village would need her to stabilize things.
Kirigakure
Mei Terumi slammed her fist on the table.
"So Tsunade wants to call all Kage trash?!"
Chōjūrō whispered, "No, Mizukage-sama… I don't think she meant—"
"Chojuro! Find Tsunade's location.
I'm going to go kill her!"
A small inn beside a gambling hall
Shizune stared at Tsunade.
"Lady Tsunade… how could you say something like that?"
Tsunade's mouth twitched.
"Damn it… I accidentally said what I was thinking—
No! That wasn't even what I truly think!
My mouth betrayed me!
And now it's broadcast worldwide!"

she didn't dare imagine the consequences.

The entire Pure Land Kage squad began mockery.
Hashirama trembled in shame.
He didn't know how to defend himself.
