Once upon a time there lived a pretty girl.
In a dark forest she resided, alone.

In this forest, no light could shine, no flower could bloom.
Potent was the night, for this is where beasts hunt and where mice cower.
Nevertheless, she remained hopeful that that special someone would come to free her of the neverending bounds of the forest.
