Xueyao knew it was very risky using the flying spell in a place like this, but it was an emergency. She wouldn't stand back and do nothing but watch as they tear that Moon Supreme Lord over something he didn't do.
She managed to fly them a few distances from the Red mountain and crashed on the cold, desert ground, under the dull glares of the moon.
Luckily, the impact wasn't as painful as she braced herself for. She raised her head a bit from the ground to see the Moon Supreme Lord lying several feet from her.
''Shaoyin—'' She coughed out and quickly pulled herself back on her feet. Xueyao moved close to his limp form and managed to pull his body to sit upright.
''Shaoyin, Shaoyin, Shaoyin…'' She called, using her right hand to pat him gently on his cheeks when he refused to open his eyes. The side of his forehead looked messy and bloody. Such a perfect face ruined by mere speculation.
What a shame!
