Chapter 12 - Curt and Otto

"This is amazing!"

After clearing the objects in front of him, Aaron exclaimed with genuine emotion.

He slowly adapted to his many new abilities. Even with his strong adaptability, perfectly controlling so many abilities was quite challenging.

Let alone the abilities he had recently acquired, he hadn't even tested and perfectly mastered all the other abilities he had gained previously.

It's worth noting that even simple Super Vision had been fused multiple times.

Seeing further, vastly improved dynamic vision, multispectral vision capable of seeing more colors and light, and the newly acquired independent focus, Super Sensory Vision, and even infrared thermal imaging could barely be counted.

Once he activated all these abilities simultaneously, his visual image would undergo a huge change.

It would be like an abstract painting, only more abstract, never most abstract.

Even in the dead of night, he could use faint light to see the colors of objects hundreds of meters away as clearly as day.

Infrared thermal imaging and ultrasonic abilities also allowed him to precisely detect enemies hidden in the dark.

With the combination of numerous abilities, he could completely transform into a midnight hunter. No one could escape his pursuit. Even those Vampires would probably have to admit defeat at night.

Of course, what surprised Aaron the most was that he had acquired an overpowered Super Regeneration ability. Even if organs like the heart or even the brain were damaged, they could recover quickly.

Super Defense combined with Super Regeneration was even more terrifying than an unkillable cockroach.

There was also perfect muscle control, mimetic camouflage, and Super Speed (supersonic level).

"Huh? How did something strange get mixed in? Holy shit, Giant Tongue Whip? Am I the kind of person who needs that ability?"

Oh, and there was the previous vibration, the newly acquired Giant Tongue Whip, Muscle Control...

Hiss, this is going to kill someone.

Can't think about it anymore.

Aaron thought for a moment, shaking his head repeatedly.

With his super physique, super strength, and super speed, why would he need these strange abilities? That would be looking down on Aaron too much.

Crack!

Aaron slammed his hand on the table, shattering it, which startled Norman, who was waiting outside, and he quickly knocked on the door.

"Boss?"

"It's nothing."

Aaron looked around, then left without a trace.

Norman and Felicia saw the empty room through the crack in the door, wanting to speak, but wisely said nothing.

Norman looked at Aaron, and for some reason, he felt that his boss had become stronger. His gaze was sharper, as if he could see through people's hearts.

Norman had nothing to hide, but he still couldn't help but lower his head.

"Boss, the things you asked me to collect will be at least half-gathered within the next month."

"Some of these items currently have no information at all and may take some time."

Aaron nodded upon hearing this. "It's alright, you've done very well."

Norman's face lit up with joy, but then he felt something was off. He had just gone from boss to subordinate, and he had adapted so quickly?

After a moment of thought, Norman tentatively asked, "So, Boss, we still have some genetically modified organisms under our corporation. Would you like to take a look?"

"For example, our latest research achievement: thirteen super spiders developed by creating a completely new genome using synthetic ribonucleic acid and combining it with the genes of three types of spiders..."

Aaron paused in his steps. "There's such a thing?"

He suddenly retrieved keywords in his mind, searching for similar terms in the historically preserved folders, and then matched them one by one.

His expression was strange. "Are you sure it's not fifteen?"

Norman was startled, glanced at Felicia, and asked in surprise, "Boss, you know that our next project is fifteen? The thirteen super spiders we developed this time all have some flaws, more or less, and do not meet the initial design, so the relevant person in charge decided to change some genes and create fifteen super spiders..."

Aaron raised his hand to interrupt. "Take me there."

Good heavens, is Spider-Man about to be born?

Thinking of this, Aaron asked again, "Do you know Professor Connors and Dr. Otto?"

Norman nodded. "Professor Connors is a renowned biology Professor. We once had a pleasant cooperation with him, although the experiment failed."

"Dr. Otto is skilled in nuclear physics, but recently he has a Mini Sun project, which sounds very crazy, but if it succeeds, he will stand shoulder to shoulder with Stark."

Aaron noticed that Norman seemed a bit embarrassed when mentioning Connors, somewhat dismissive when mentioning Otto, but couldn't hide the helplessness in his tone when mentioning Tony.

Clearly, Norman felt very anxious, even discouraged, by Tony's success.

After all, the Osborn Industries and Stark Industries once stood shoulder to shoulder, both being two bright pearls of the U.S. World.

But now, Stark is far ahead, even showing signs of pulling away.

And the Osborn Industries, under his leadership, has gradually declined.

Aaron didn't care about Norman's feelings. He didn't care what the Osborn Industries was like in the past. But after he takes over, it will surely become a super corporation.

What about Stark Industries?

Now his attention was on Professor Connors and Dr. Otto.

One is the lizard serum, the other is the mini sun project.

He thought, what would the primal furnace give him if it melted the mini sun or the Arc Reactor?

There's potential.

"Boss, are you interested in the experiments of Professor Connors and Dr. Otto?" Norman vaguely guessed something.

He still remembered that when Aaron was painting a grand vision for him, he mentioned beauty potions, anti-aging potions, limb regeneration potions, and anti-cancer potions.

Any one of these potions, if released, would surely drive the entire world crazy.

No woman could refuse eternal youth, no rich person could refuse the desire for longevity from anti-aging potions, and similarly, no disabled person could ignore the new life brought by limb regeneration potions.

Of course, no cancer patient would not want an anti-cancer potion.

These four groups are all money.

It contains a market worth hundreds of billions, even trillions of dollars.

Once the Osborn Industries releases them, surpassing Stark Industries is not a problem at all.

Your energy industry has great potential, but our biomedical industry is not bad either.

Humans have an immense longing for the stars, but they are even more eager for longevity and health.

People can choose not to travel in space, but they absolutely cannot refuse the temptation of eternal life.

This is human selfishness.

Moreover, although Tony has made major breakthroughs in energy, he has not released the Iron Man Suit, nor has he released the reactor technology.

Although it reversed the decline caused by closing the arms department, and even surged linearly, it was greatly limited.

Leaving aside other things, it's estimated that once the healing potions are developed, Osborn Industries will be able to compete with Stark Industries again.

Aaron did not deny this statement. "Felicia, according to my schedule, make appointments with Professor Connors and Dr. Otto. Tell them that the new chairman and CEO of Osborn Industries is very interested in their research."

Felicia nodded, recording the arrangements. Throughout the process, she diligently performed her secretarial duties, listening when appropriate, remaining silent when appropriate, and never saying an extra word.

However, the empty schedule made Felicia internally think that Aaron's schedule didn't seem busy?

On the contrary...

She secretly glanced at Norman's schedule, which was already booked until early morning for the next week.

Watching Norman's appearance of dedicating himself to Aaron until death, Felicia felt very strange.

Norman, as the former chairman, had clearly lost all his equity and served as CEO in Aaron's place. However, with less money, his tasks were even more arduous than before, completely the kind where he couldn't keep his feet on the ground.

But Norman was not only not depressed, but full of energy, working himself to death.

Norman said, "In that case, I'll have my secretary contact Felicia later. She can provide some help."

As he spoke, Aaron followed Norman to the Osborn Industries' Biological Research Department.
