Chapter 34 - chapter :34 some death bring benefit

Bronz Holder, Mingyin, and Magman led the group forward, each wearing a wary expression.

They gradually separated, spreading out in an arc, their faces tense and heated.as each felt something moving in the sea

Mingyin glanced behind him.

The only way for a mortal not to be opposed… is to somehow trick them into believing I am far stronger than future overlord.

Mingyin slowed to a stop. Several immortals halted as well.

He continued thinking .

The only way to show that I am a threat is to do something so dangerous that none of them would dare challenge me. And I already have the perfect plan for that .

Mingyin smiled faintly.

They are amazed that I can breathe underwater and think I am a threat .

He looked back coldly.

I will suppress Magman, and enter the mountain, awaken my soul-force energy, complete my Soul Core formation, obtain an artifact, and leave this continent. After that, I will seek greater strength and find a way to survive the Tribulation World.

If I survive, there might be a door leading to the Nine Heavens… but that would be the end of the mortal world.

When I reach the Nine Heavens, I won't be able to rely on even one percent of my past experience.

Mingyin couldn't help but smile even more.

That smile sent a chill through Magman, who unconsciously took a step back.

Bronz Holder looked downward and pointed ahead.

"Alright, everybody. We're here."

The entire group followed her gaze. Mingyin looked down as well.

On the seabed below stood a massive jade palace, its surface covered with countless fine cracks.

Strange web-like patterns spread across the sea floor.

Countless carp fish stopped moving and slowly lifted their heads, staring upward.

Mingyin's eyes widened slightly.

Bronz Holder let out a quiet sigh.

"Each of you, summon your artifacts. Don't worry—you can use your strongest attacks. However, since we are underwater, even with water-type artifacts, your attacks will be about thirty percent less effective."

The crowd froze.

They exchanged uneasy looks with one another.

Mingyin's eyes widened further.

To think there are so many carp fish…

Magman stared downward, biting his nail as he thought.

Mingyin won't show any artifact or use one. I'm sure he'll use his copies to draw the carp fish away.

Don't worry, Mingyin. I'll still find a way to oppose you.

Magman's expression darkened with anger.

Suddenly, countless lights ignited beneath the sea, appearing above the palace like stars.

The original Mingyin looked down, his eyes darkening.

Below, countless carp fish surged forward.

Each one shone with light as beams shot upward toward the group.

Magman stretched out his hand. A small vortex of compressed wind formed in his palm. He struck it with his fist, and countless tiny wind blades appeared around it.

He closed his eyes and swung his arm forward.

Blue Vortex of the Century.

His eyes opened sharply.

The massive vortex slammed into a group of carp fish, engulfing them as they were torn apart by the raging wind.

Suddenly, one carp fish opened its mouth and released a compressed bullet of water.

The entire group was blasted backward.

Only Mingyin could not be seen.

Magman froze.

He turned around.

Mingyin stood behind him, calm and unmoved.

"I will oppose you as a mortal, Magman," Mingyin said quietly. "You will be useful on my journey."

Magman looked away as the vortex returned to his hand.

A troublesome brat…

His gaze swept the battlefield as a thought crossed his mind.

So much elemental energy is being used… some are even forcing their Soul Core formations.

Bronz Holder fought two carp fish at once. She raised her spear and brought it down forcefully.

Golden lines shot from the spear, slicing more than twenty carp fish apart.

Suddenly, a massive carp lunged forward.

An immortal who failed to react in time was struck head-on.

He was sent flying backward, his body tumbling through the water as life faded from his eyes.

Bronz Holder froze briefly before pulling back. The remaining immortals regrouped behind her.

Magman stretched both arms forward as his vortex grew larger and more violent.

"Defend my position!" he shouted. "I'll finish them all here!"

The immortals hesitated.

Some glared at him fiercely.

Magman smiled, enjoying the anger boiling in their hearts.

Yes… die for me, fools.

Bronz Holder clenched her teeth.

He wants us to advance so he can unleash his strongest attack without protecting us. He expects us to handle everything.

I hope that bastard meets a terrible end.

She raised her hand sharply.

"Go!"

The immortals surged forward, sweat visible on their faces as they unleashed their attacks.

The sea became chaotic.

Suddenly, vermilion carp rushed forward to counter them.

Flames, ice, blades, and countless techniques collided beneath the water.

Some immortals suffered minor injuries. Others were badly wounded.

Bronz Holder cut a carp in half and swam upward, her gaze scanning the battlefield.

"MINGYIN!"

Her voice echoed through the sea.

No one answered.

"Where is Mingyin?"

Suddenly, Mingyin appeared.

Then another.

And another.

Countless Mingyins descended, spreading out in different directions. The carp fish froze for a moment, confused.

One by one, the clones dissolved into mist.

Mingyin lowered his hand.

The immortals immediately unleashed their attacks.

Carp fish fell one after another.

The carp chasing Mingyin never realized they were being drawn away from the rest. With every passing moment, more of them were defeated.

Bronz Holder raised an eyebrow.

He definitely didn't use his strongest attack.

Is this the difference between a low-grade cultivator and a Sage?

Her resolve strengthened.

Veins bulged on Magman's forehead.

To think his reputation might surpass mine…

He roared.

"Here is my attack!"

The crowd retreated as Mingyin appeared behind him.

"Try harder next time, kid."

Magman unleashed the vortex.

The carp army was dragged in, unable to escape as they were crushed within the swirling wind.

Mingyin looked down, his expression dark.

Magman looked up, exhausted.

Their eyes met—filled with nothing but hatred.

Suddenly, the seabed shook.

Cracks spread across the jade palace.

The immortals looked down in shock.

Then jade-colored carp surged upward at incredible speed.

Magman froze as Bronz Holder and the others retreated, fear written across their faces.

The jade carp arranged themselves into a formation.

Each moved into a precise position.

Mingyin's eyes widened slightly as he touched his chin.

"Quite deadly…"

The formation shifted.

The jade carp fused together, forming a massive spear.

The immortals froze in fear.

"Tha—"

Before anyone could finish speaking, the jade carp opened their mouths.

Water rushed inward.

Then—

They fired massive compressed water projectiles.

BOOM.

Suddenly bronz holder hand was torn from the attack
