Delia's POV
"Joy Collin? The daughter of Collin Corporation's founder?" the killer asked, his voice steady and almost entertained.
"That's right," I answered without hesitation. "The one and only. It's Friday morning, I have time now, and if you're available too, I think we should meet in person to discuss this properly."
"I'd like that," he responded immediately.
Then, with a quiet laugh, he continued, "But I have to tell you, my services don't come cheap."
"I assumed as much," I said, keeping my voice flat. "I wouldn't be calling if I couldn't pay. Now, do you know somewhere we can meet?"
"How should I know? You're paying me," he replied. "Tell me where you are or pick a location, and I'll meet you there."
