Chapter 35 - Chapter 35- It didn’t help much

Smack! Crash!

The worm's massive body slammed heavily into the ant nest's inner chamber. The nearly twenty-meter-long "thick serpent" thrashed wildly, flailing without rhythm or restraint. In just a few violent twists, it churned the countless eggs piled before the queen into a sticky, shattered mess.

Several worker ants were struck head-on by the creature's sudden movements, hurled against the walls by its agile tail and knocked unconscious on impact.

The queen ant erupted in fury.

Those were her eggs—

the offspring she had labored so tirelessly to produce—trampled and destroyed in an instant!

An intruder dared to run rampant within the territory she ruled?

This was unforgivable.

She vibrated the two plush antennae atop her head with manic intensity, as if transmitting some kind of signal to the outside world.

Moments later—

From every tunnel large and small, countless Bloodscythe Ants poured out in perfect formation, surging toward the worm…
