Chapter 61 - Chapter 62- signals

He turned back and looked at the entrance of the ant-nest tunnel where the battle had been raging, seeing the mass of insects and the swarm of spiders teetering on the edge, about to fall into the abyss.

For a moment, Albert thought he should stop wasting time and leave to search for Hayes.

But then he reconsidered. As the "mother" of these juvenile spiders, letting them deal with the tenacious and vicious Jameson while he coldly abandoned them felt… morally questionable.

Moreover, even from a purely selfish perspective, these young spiders were incredibly useful.

Just looking at the rough, blurry "map" forming in his mind, Albert had already thought of several ways to utilize it.

These helpers could both deliver violent close-range attacks and serve as scouts—a combination extremely valuable to Albert at the moment.

To let them and Jameson "perish together" would be too much of a waste.

But… how could he get them to break free from Jameson's swarm of insects?
