Chapter 7 - chapter 7

---

The glow of the phone was the only light in Jay's room, casting soft blue waves across his face. The world outside slept, but inside that tiny dorm, something impossible was unfolding.

Emily's message blinked on his screen.

hello mister Snoob

Jay lifted an eyebrow. His lips curved faintly.

Emily—the campus goddess—was messaging him.

Not just responding. Initiating.

He had always suspected that money changed a man's gravity, pulling people toward him like stars falling into orbit. Now, here was proof. Emily, who had rejected every second-rich-generation heir on campus, was reaching out to him—voluntarily.

A notification chimed.

A virtual rose bundle worth nearly half a million.

Jay stared. She's testing me.

He had planned to sleep. He even placed the phone aside. But then—

Another gift animation exploded across the screen.

Then another.

Within minutes, the total soared

Online viewers soared 5 million.

Jay's heart pounded. His breath caught.

He wasn't used to someone spending money on him. He wasn't used to sudden affection… or the idea that someone so out of reach was now stretching her hand toward him.

And then—without warning—Emily went offline.

The dance room darkened. Her camera blinked out. Silence.

Jay typed a message.

Are you there?

Seconds passed.

Minutes.

No reply.

On the other side of the city, Emily lay on her bed. She had imagined a long chat, a playful conversation, maybe even a chance to impress him more. But Mr. Snoob didn't respond.

She bit her lip and convinced herself:

A man who can spend millions without blinking must be the heir of some future tycoon's empire. Such men aren't easy to catch… and are even harder to keep.

A final message popped up on Jay's screen.

Just good night

Jay stared at it, speechless. Then exhaustion crawled over him, and he drifted off to sleep with his phone still in hand.

Morning sunlight spilled across his face, warm and golden. He awoke slowly, eyes blinking against the brightness. For a moment, he wondered if the entire night had been a dream—Emily's gifts, her message, the surge of money, the system's power.

Then a new notification chimed.

A mechanical voice echoed directly into his mind.

> [New System Mission Released]

Raise Camila's Mother's Affection to 90

Jay froze.

A mission?

Not random, not general—specific.

A name appeared.

> Name: Salin

Age: 43

Beauty: 87

Affection: 30

Note: Yesterday, Camila's father was arrested for company fraud. The family requires 1 million immediately.

Jay sat upright.

His pulse quickened—not with fear, but with a cold, calculating thrill.

The System wasn't just reacting to events. It was predicting them, weaving missions based on people who had influenced his life.

Camila's mother, Salin… Jay remembered her clearly.

Elegant, refined, soft-spoken.

A woman whose beauty hadn't faded with age and whose kindness had always felt genuine compared to her daughter's cruelty.

Camila family not wealthy family but his work at company as manager always talked about her parents' wealth with pride. But now—her finicial backer gone what she do..... Her father imprisoned, their company must want compansate for money.

The perfect opportunity.

Jay's eyes hardened, a thin smile forming.

"Raise her affection to ninety"

He could almost hear the gears of fate turning.

This wasn't about love.

This wasn't about kindness.

This was about revenge—sharper, cleaner, and far more satisfying than anything he'd imagined.

He whispered into the still morning air:

"I accept the mission."

Because now, it wasn't Camila he wanted.

It was her world.

And he would take it all—from her mother's trust, to their broken company, to the last piece of dignity Camila thought she had left.
