It was Jefferson's first time riding public transportation, having always relied on his personal driver to take him places or drive his own car. Unaccustomed to taking the bus, he now relied on his girlfriend to guide him onto the bus. When she wanted to take out her e-money card, he immediately pulled out a black card from his wallet, leaving her face in shock, while the bus driver struggled to hold back laughter.
"Jeff, we are on a public bus, not shopping."
"But, can't the black card be used for anything?"
Her eyes rolled. "You've been so arrogant up until now. You even flaunted that rare card in front of the bus driver." She tapped her e-money card twice on the card-tapping machine. "Let me pay for you."
Now they were walking to find an empty seat. Spotting an empty seat in the back, Carabella immediately ran and took a seat near the window. She enthusiastically grabbed her lover's hand, causing his head to rest on her shoulder.
