The very beautiful fish that had just been moved into the main pond was, in fact, a koi sent by Cain's grandfather, who had asked Curtis to take care of it because he was going on a long business trip away from home.
But Cain didn't know any of this. He was too impatient to wait and immediately wanted to take Saphen to grill the fish.
"Grill a fish?"
Saphen couldn't help tilting his head, a little curious. He had never done something like that before.
Cain nodded vigorously, then grabbed Saphen's hand and ran toward the pond that had just been set up in the courtyard.
It really was a very large fish. Cain sized it up and laughed happily. "Hahaha, Fennie, this fish is almost as tall as you!"
Hearing that, Saphen couldn't help looking at the fish, then back at himself, starting to think seriously.
