Chapter 23 - **Season 2 — Episode 11“YASHWIN’S JEALOUSY EXPLODES”**

**Season 2 — Episode 11

"YASHWIN'S JEALOUSY EXPLODES"**

The rest of the day felt like a storm waiting to break.

Bhanu tried to focus in class, but the rumor kept spreading like wildfire.

Every corridor she walked through, someone whispered.

*"Terrace scene."*

*"They were alone."*

*"Something definitely happened."*

Her face burned every time she heard it.

Arjun kept giving her sad, helpless glances.

Yashwin… didn't look at her at all.

He sat two benches behind, silent, cold, staring at the desk.

But whenever Goutam walked by her side…

…Yashwin's eyes snapped up instantly.

Sharp.

Irritated.

Jealous.

Bhanu didn't notice.

But everyone else did.

## **LUNCH BREAK**

Bhanu sat alone in the garden, trying to breathe.

She had barely opened her lunch box when a shadow fell over her.

She looked up…

And her heart skipped.

**Yashwin.**

His expression unreadable, lips pressed in a tight line.

"Can I sit?" he asked quietly.

She nodded.

But before he did, he grabbed her wrist gently and said—

"Why him?"

Her eyes widened.

"…What?"

His voice was low, strained.

"You told me to leave.

But you let Goutam walk with you."

Bhanu's breath hitched.

So he *had* seen that.

She pulled her hand away nervously.

"Yashwin… I… I just needed someone calmer. You and Arjun were fighting—"

"I wasn't fighting," he cut in sharply.

She blinked.

"You didn't see what I stopped myself from doing," he said, voice trembling for the first time.

Her pulse quickened.

"What do you mean?"

He didn't respond.

Just stared at her with stormy eyes.

"You let Goutam be there when you cried," he said quietly.

"But you pushed me away."

Her heart twisted painfully.

"Yashwin, it wasn't like that—"

He leaned closer, voice barely above a whisper.

"Do you even know what that did to me?"

Bhanu stared at him, speechless.

Her throat tightened.

She couldn't meet his eyes.

He continued, softer this time.

"I'm not angry at you," he said.

"I'm angry at myself… for caring so much."

Bhanu felt her stomach flutter.

His words… his tone… the sincerity in his eyes…

It was too much.

"Yashwin… please."

She shook her head nervously.

"Don't say things like that."

He didn't move back.

He leaned closer, lowering his voice.

"Why not?"

She swallowed hard.

"Because I don't know what to do with them…"

His eyes softened instantly.

"Then let me teach you," he whispered.

Bhanu's breath stopped.

His face was inches from hers.

Her lips parted slightly.

She didn't even realize it.

His gaze dropped to her lips for a single second—

And her whole body went numb.

Then—

"Oi! Bhanu!"

Goutam's voice.

Yashwin immediately pulled back, jaw clenching.

Goutam walked toward them, hands in pockets.

"You okay?" he asked Bhanu gently.

Before she could respond—

Yashwin stood up, blocking Goutam slightly.

The tension was immediate and thick.

Goutam raised an eyebrow.

"What's your problem?"

Yashwin stepped forward.

"Stay away from her."

Bhanu froze.

Goutam's expression hardened.

"Who are you to say that?"

Yashwin's voice dropped to something low and dangerous.

"The one she almost kissed."

Bhanu gasped.

Goutam's eyes widened.

Silence.

Thick.

Stunning.

Bhanu felt her cheeks burn with panic and embarrassment.

"Y-Yashwin!" she stammered.

"That's not— you can't just say—"

But Yashwin didn't even look at her.

He was staring directly at Goutam.

Possessive.

Unfiltered.

Jealousy burning in his eyes.

Goutam clenched his fists.

"Almost," he said slowly, voice cold,

"is not the same as *actually*."

Yashwin smirked slightly.

"Want to test that?"

Bhanu scrambled to her feet.

"Stop! Both of you, please!"

But neither boy moved.

They stood inches apart, heat radiating between them.

Finally, Goutam spoke without breaking eye contact.

"Bhanu, come with me."

She froze.

Yashwin's jaw tightened.

"Don't go."

Her heart thudded painfully.

Two boys.

Two voices.

Two emotions pulling her.

Goutam looked at her patiently.

Yashwin looked at her like losing her would destroy him.

Bhanu whispered, voice breaking—

"I… I don't know what to do."

Yashwin's expression immediately softened, hurt flickering in his eyes.

Goutam's hand slowly reached toward her.

But before she could move—

The bell rang.

The tension broke.

Yashwin stepped back.

Goutam turned away.

Bhanu stood frozen, shaking, confused, overwhelmed.

And one thought echoed in her mind…

**How did everything become so intense… so fast?**
