Riele scoffed at how delusional he was being. What is even wrong with you, do you seriously believe that she'll come back to you, wake up Steven she never wants to see you again, she yelled stumbling backwards as Steven strangled her pushing her against the wall. His eyes turned murderous, taking deep unstable breath's as he wringed similar to someone squeezing out all the water from a damp cloth. She tried to breathe chocking hitting at him with all the strength she had, tears in her eyes as she gave up, realizing struggling was futile looking at him rather lovingly and pitifully despite the fact that he was about to kill her, maybe dying by his hand was better than living without him.
She took deep breaths coughing as he let her go turning away fuming, she smiled at him through the pain in her throat, she didn't care how stupid she was to think this, but he didn't kill her so maybe, just maybe, she could earn a place in his heart.
Riele stiffened as Steven sped to her, kissing her deeply with his hands through her hair. Pulling back the kiss was too short, she wanted more, no, she wanted all of him, she wanted them to belong to each other without ever having to worry about Penny. Steven smirked wiping his finger with his thumb, one hand in his pocket, shivers went down Riele's spine, nothing scared her more than that psychotic grin of his, it made her feel as though she couldn't save him from himself.
Did you like that, he said after a chilling chuckle, Riele's smile dropped, he was indeed just toying with her, maybe he was a lost cause, maybe he was too far gone, but the truth remained that she couldn't help but love him. The next day at work, Penny and Patrick made it very obvious that they finally got together. Patrick didn't even look at Maddie the whole day, they smiled at each other everytime their eyes met, they were sneaking around the clinic trying to steal a glance of each other.
