Chen Yu's eyes narrowed slightly as his Observation Haki read the memories of Ling Yue nearby. He could sense the urgency in her thoughts, a mixture of fear and determination that resonated with his own. With a deep breath, Chen Yu steeled himself for the confrontation ahead, ready to harness his newfound powers to protect those he cared about. He instantly understood the sequence of events.
"One year later... the Time-Time Fruit, huh..." Chen Yu placed the unconscious Ling Yue safely aside.
"I'm fucking invincible!"
A cold sneer curled the corner of Chen Yu's mouth as he turned to look at the Ice Soul Silver Python crawling out of the crater. "You're done."
The Silver Python was thoroughly enraged. It thrashed its massive ice-blue body, spewing extreme frost breath from its maw, attempting to freeze Chen Yu again.
But this time, Chen Yu's figure vanished instantly.
Observation Haki had already predicted the trajectory of the ice breath. In an instant, he appeared beside the Silver Python.
"Divine Departure (Kamusari)!!"
Black lightning flickered along the blade of Ace, plowing furrows into the ground wherever it passed.
A strike fully buffed with Conqueror's Coating and Ryuuo—a genuine Divine Departure—was unleashed.

The python's body trembled violently, letting out a roar of extreme agony. Its massive frame twisted under the ravaging lightning; scales burst apart, and the smell of burnt flesh mixed with white smoke filled the air.
The Ice Soul Silver Python was now terrified. It struggled to counterattack, bursting with cold air in an attempt to freeze everything around it.
However, Chen Yu had already leaped above its head. His right hand condensed Armament Haki to the limit, focusing all his power into a single point.
"Galaxy Impact (Kenotsu: Galaxy Impact)!"
This strike was like a meteor crashing to earth. The Ice Soul Silver Python's head smashed a bottomless crater into the ground. Scales fell off in large patches, and it no longer had the strength to resist.
But just as Chen Yu was about to finish off the python, the energy in his body suddenly began to drain away!
The azure scales fell off at a visible speed. His Adept (5th Rank) aura receded rapidly, and his three Haki types became weak.

Unlike the super-large size of the Ice Soul Silver Python, it was only about twenty meters tall. But its rock armor glowed with a gray light. Ignoring Chen Yu, who had turned back into a weakling, its golden beast eyes stared coldly at the heavily injured Silver Python.
Facing the much larger python, it didn't flinch at all.
Two streams of white steam shot from its nostrils as a low growl resonated through the forest. "Old popsicle, are you causing trouble in my territory?"
