Chapter 87: No Can Do, There's a Freak on the Hilltop!
"What... what just happened?!" The white-haired loli patted the dust off her head.
She looked into the distance at her classmates, who were running around like headless chickens, and listened to the alarm echoing over the training camp.
A purple-haired older sister wearing a black robe walked right past her, muttering something about "Old geezer" and "I'm the captain."
The woman completely ignored her standing there and walked slowly toward the dense forest.
"Hiss... Enemy attack?" The white-haired loli frowned. "Why didn't anyone wake me up?!"
Meanwhile, inside the monitoring room.
Huo Jia scratched his head. "Did we forget something?"
"Hiss..." Cui Ye rubbed his chin, pondering. "I've had that feeling the whole time too..."
"Ah!" Huo Jia suddenly slapped his thigh.
Cui Ye looked at him blankly. "You remembered?"
"Nope." Huo Jia shook his head.
"Then why did you jump like that?"
"I figured maybe the shock would stimulate my memory."
"..."
After Chu He gave the order.
Lin Jun was the first to respond. "Copy that, Captain Chu! Leave it to me!"
In the distance, the four members of Su Qingqing's group were still fleeing.
In the nick of time earlier, Gong Wei had amplified his volume and defense, tanking the majority of the impact. He was now unconscious.
Even so, the other three were heavily damaged.
Jin Ling'er was levitating the three of them through the air while constantly creating roadblocks behind them.
He Yan was out of energy; he couldn't shoot his magma far anymore, so he could only spread it across the ground, hoping to slow down the black-robed man's footsteps.
Su Qingqing continued to create illusions, attempting to interfere with the enemy's judgment.
Lin Jun chuckled. "Not bad. You still have the energy to run."
"Lin Jun, I see Qingqing is in your direction," a voice laced with killing intent suddenly came through the headset.
Lin Jun shuddered. "Sis... Sister Mu, all my attacks are aiming around Qingqing."
"I know. I'm just reminding you." Su Mumu's tone was smiling, but Lin Jun heard a naked threat within it.
Lin Jun cursed silently in his heart: Sis-con!
"Did you forget my ability?" Su Mumu's voice came again. "I'm watching you. I'm always watching you."
"Cough, cough..." Lin Jun choked. "I'm blocking the road now."
He slapped his chest, and his body suddenly expanded. Within seconds, he transformed into a castle giant standing dozens of meters tall.
Chen Yu and the others, who were still facing off against the horned muscle man on the hilltop, suddenly heard a massive noise, followed by the ground trembling.
They looked toward the source of the sound.
A giant stood towering in the dense forest.
Its torso was a thick, grey-blue city wall. Two spire-topped towers stood on its shoulders, with dark cannon muzzles faintly visible inside.
Its head had transformed into the castle's watchtower, its eyes were scarlet lamps embedded in the stone walls, and its mouth was a heavy iron gate.
Su Qingqing's group of four, who had just caught their breath thanks to the roadblocks, froze in mid-air.
Jin Ling'er's Float-Float Fruit ability faltered for a second, her eyes filled with disbelief. "What is that?"
He Yan forgot to control the magma condensing in his hand. A few drops of scorching lava dripped onto the ground, sizzling into white smoke, but he didn't even notice.
He just stared at the castle giant and muttered, "That size... it's about the same as an Awakened user with Giant blood, right?"
Su Qingqing also dispelled her illusions. The faint light at her fingertips faded as her tone grew heavy. "I'm afraid it's not just simply getting bigger..."
The students in the forest, who were already in chaos, completely exploded.
Some pointed at the Iron Fortress Giant with their mouths wide open, while others grabbed the arms of people next to them and screamed.
Some went weak in the knees and sat on the ground, their voices trembling. "Wh-what is that thing? A new monster from the enemy attack?"
"That's bigger than my Titan form."
"Shit, why didn't I think of that? A Gundam counts as a weapon too, right?"
On the hilltop.
Chen Yu's gaze landed on the Iron Fortress Giant, and his brows knitted together. "Castle-Castle Fruit?"
This fruit wasn't necessarily overpowered on its own, but if used rationally, it had massive operational potential.
In the anime, if this fruit fell into the Navy's hands and they stuffed a bunch of Pacifistas and Seraphim inside the user... you'd basically be a walking apocalypse.
In the monitoring room, Huo Jia and Cui Ye leaned closer to the screen.
Huo Jia pointed at the Iron Fortress Giant on the screen. "Lin Jun wasn't this big before, was he? Did his fear of insufficient firepower get worse?"
The Iron Fortress Giant's iron-gate mouth opened and closed, accompanied by the sound of gears turning. "Gah gah gah, Iron Rampart Rise!"
Rumble, rumble—
A thunderous roar accompanied the trembling of the earth.
From both sides of the Castle Giant's body, two city walls, dozens of meters high, extended outward. The grey-blue stone walls spread rapidly toward the edges of the dense forest.
Rolling clouds of dust rose up.
In just a few breaths, the massive walls had forcibly encircled all the students in the forest.
Before the dust even settled, Su Qingqing and her group in the air froze.
Su Qingqing's face went rigid. "Are they trying to trap us all together?"
Jin Ling'er looked up at the stone walls towering dozens of meters high, her voice trembling. "It's too high... I can't fly over it!"
He Yan finally snapped back to reality and swallowed hard. "It's too thick. I can't burn through it."
"I remember there's someone in the camp who can control stone. Can he..."
Before he could finish, Su Qingqing interrupted him. "He's only a Beginner (Peak). The opponent is at least an Adept (Tier 5)."
"Good work," Chu He's voice came through the headset. "Continue herding the ducks. Lin Jun, report positions."
"Copy that, Captain Chu." ×4
"You bastards! I'm the captain, hey!!"
After replying to Chu He, the horned muscle man finally made his move. His figure flashed, appearing directly in front of Chen Yu.
He intended to repeat his earlier trick and hammer Chen Yu flying. The sharp whistle of his fist breaking the wind smashed toward Chen Yu's ear.
Chen Yu had already pushed his Observation Haki to the limit.
The opponent was clearly underestimating him. Chen Yu could even see the bulging veins on the fist and the muscles swelling from the exertion.
Chen Yu didn't dodge.
He shifted his feet half a step to the side. His right hand, wrapped in Armament Haki, swung in a wide arc. "Fist Bone: Russian Haymaker!"
Just as the two fists were about to make contact, a muffled sound erupted.
Bang!!
Black arcs of lightning exploded on Chen Yu's fist. The gravel beneath their feet was blasted into the air by the shockwave.
Chen Yu sank his stance slightly. He wasn't sent flying like Shen Lie; instead, he forcibly withstood the punch.
The horned muscle man's pupils contracted violently.
He caught it?
Subconsciously, he added another thirty percent of strength. His other fist smashed toward Chen Yu's chest, but Chen Yu turned sideways to avoid it, simultaneously driving his elbow toward the man's ribs.
Before it even made contact, a wave of pain shot through him.
Did my liver just explode?!
The horned muscle man hurriedly retreated half a step, looking at Chen Yu, who stood immovable as a mountain. His heart was filled with astonishment.
The kid looked lean, but his strength was no joke—he actually managed to hurt him.
Before he could recover, Chen Yu took the initiative to attack. His fist smashed toward the man's face with a gale force. The muscle man raised his hand to block.
However, before the fist even arrived, he felt the impact. The force exploded inside his body.
He felt his arm go numb and stumbled back two steps before stabilizing his stance.
What followed shocked him even more. Chen Yu's movements weren't incredibly fast.
Yet, every move perfectly evaded his attacks. Chen Yu's strength was in no way inferior to his own, and it seemed as if he knew exactly where his weak points were.
Moreover, the kid had mastered some kind of non-contact striking technique. Even if he blocked the fist, the force would explode inside his body.
Although he had thick skin and flesh, getting beaten like this was suffocatingly frustrating.
This kid was fighting dirtier than anyone.
As the two traded blows, Chen Yu actually gained the upper hand.
The horned muscle man blocked while muttering to himself, fine beads of sweat already seeping from his forehead.
Although he wasn't fighting to kill, he was using thirty percent of his strength. If it were any other Apprentice (Tier 3) student, they would have been hammered into combat incapacity long ago.
Just then, Yining's voice came through the headset, sounding quite relaxed. "Captain Chu, all the 'ducks' in the East have been corralled into the walls. Not a single one escaped!"
Immediately after, Su Mumu's voice chimed in. "Those hiding in the West are handled too."
"I'm done as well. But let me say this one more time: I, Su Qingyu, am the captain of this Silver Fox Squad!" Su Qingyu's exasperated voice rang out.
In the next second, Chu He's steady voice ignored Su Qingyu and asked, "Shi Feng, haven't you finished with the hilltop yet? Everyone has been corralled; we're just waiting for you to come down and regroup."
Shi Feng wiped the cold sweat from his forehead. He was forced back another step by Chen Yu, his back slamming into a tree trunk hard enough to crack the bark.
Then, to the surprise of the entire Silver Fox Squad, the usually silent and stoic Stone Peak seemed to break character.
"No can do! There's a freak on the hilltop! I can't win if I suppress my power!"
The entire Silver Fox Squad: "???"

BRIEF SUMMARY 1170
One Piece Chapter 1170: Opposite Loki fights Ragnir. Harald says no one has ever eaten the legendary Devil Fruit, since Ragnir has been protecting it all along.
Gaban explains how to damage the immortals, basically, you coat your attacks with Conqueror's Haki, which causes pain and slows their recovery.
Keep attacking repeatedly until they can't fight anymore. Gaban says he knows how to fight them because the Holy Knights tried to abduct Shanks several times, but they were defeated everytime by Roger's Pirate.
Loki and Ragnir's fight continues, but they're exhausted. Loki's hammer is broken, and Ragnir transforms into a cutie squirrel.
The squirrel accepts Loki and open the Devil Fruit chest, and Loki eats it. His hands turn into claws, but only his silhouette is shown.
Loki vs Harald continues, while Loki's shape still isn't clear, only a silhouette. Loki, with Ragnir (in human form), lands the final blow on Harald, coated with Conqueror's Haki and lightning.
Shattering harald to pieces. No break from Oda.
ADDITIONAL SPOILERS
The reason no one could ever eat the Legendary Fruit of Elbaf is because Ragnir protected it.
Loki and Ragnir have an extreme fight and Loki barely manages to "defeat" it. Even Harald was only convinced that he could defeat Ragnir after because he got Imu's powers.

Gaban and Shanks fight Harald, but they are powerless because Harald possesses Conqueror's Haki, that is far too strong for them(Harald to strong for them).
Harald also slaughters all the giants in the castle during the fight!
After Shanks and Gaban fail, Loki enters the room with his Zoan power (we don't see it).
He fights Harald alone; the battle is shown as shadows on the walls. Loki inflicts enormous damage on Harald and breaks his Conqueror's Haki.
