At the KTV, after the chaos settled down some people went on to enjoy their time while others left. In their room only Thoma and two other guys remained.
The two guys had arrived together, so before they left, they asked him anxiously, "Have you called home?"
Thoma waved his hand impatiently, indicating that they were nagging and to leave quickly.
Call? Like hell he would. If his father saw him like this, he would be hung up and beaten!
Earlier, he had downed a few bottles of alcohol, and now his head hurt from everythingthat had happened. He wanted to recover before deciding what to do next.
Once the others left, the room quietened. After the bustle, it now became desolate.
Thoma lay dejectedly on the sofa and took out his phone. He scrolled through it, and except for Roman, there was no one else he could trust on the list they were all fair-weather friends.
He expelled a breath and threw his phone aside.
Closing his eyes, he dozed off.
