Currently, if Chiri uses Technique Reversal and unleashes her full power with her monstrous strength and fast, heavy blade, she should be able to fight to a draw against quasi-Kage level Ninja like Danzo and Pakura.

But now, with the study of Yin Release and Yang Release, plus Reversal Technique, she might be able to use her Mangekyo as an Eternal Mangekyo, like Obito.
Unfortunately, Yin Release is just Yin Release, and Yang Release is just Yang Release. If they could be combined into Yin-Yang Release, then even if her eyes went blind from using Izanagi, they could recover.
