This scheme might create a rift between Inoichi Yamanaka and the Nara Clan, even though the Yamanaka Clan knows Shikaku's decisions are sound.
Even if it doesn't, it will make the Ino–Shika–Chō families resent the Hokage and hate Danzo even more.
