Tomura toyed with the white locks of his wig from his seat on a crate in the warehouse. He was nervous as much as he hated to admit it. Izuku had been worried about this meeting which had not been a good sign so they had arrived well ahead of time and Kurogiri was tucked away out of sight with the real Mr. Compress in case things went badly. Behind him Himiko, disguised once more as Compress, was chatting again with their newest member Spinner that Izuku had finally cleared as a good fit early that morning.
A hand in a fingerless glove reached out to grab his own. "You're going to dust your wig if you keep that up."
Tomura gave a half hearted glare to Dabi beside him as he pulled his hand back. Like Himiko and himself, he was disguised the same as he had been at the convention much to his annoyance about the mask. "My control is better than that."
"Look I know you're nervous about meeting this guy given the kid's comment but we are as ready as we'll ever be. All we are doing is finding out what this Overhaul guy wants and leaving. There is not much that can go wrong with that given all of our Quirks and combat skills."
Tomura sighed and leaned back slightly to stare at the underside of the warehouse roof past the hand over his face. "I suppose you're right."
Before they could ponder that more, the sound of footsteps echoed through the building as a man wearing an ornate plague doctor's mask strolled in. "Are you all the League of Villains?"
Tomura hopped up to his feet. "You Overhaul then? You have an offer for us?"
The man ignoring the question seemed to scan the room pausing briefly on Spinner. "New member since you hit the hero convention I take it? A fan of Stain as well as your little group?"
The hairs on the back of Tomura's neck bristled. "Eyes on me, not my party members."
The brunette shrugged. "Apologies. I was under the impression there were only the three of you but one more is no real obstacle. Mimic, grab the extra." Tomura felt ice shoot down his spine as two shots rang out, and blood sprayed from both his little sister's and Dabi's shoulders to either side of him. To his horror, Himiko's disguise melted away, leaving her nude outside of her mask and the flames that Dabi had started to call to his palm sputtered out.
"No!" Before he had time to register anything else, Kurogiri and Compress had moved. Mr. Compress's hands appeared from small warp gates around them to Compress and pull them back to safety. Tomura felt a tap of the back of his shoulder and then he was blinking standing in the safety of the bar once more. Compress had pulled out a shock blanket to wrap around Himiko and Spinner was beginning to move to help Kurogiri with first aid. "That bastard. What the hell was he playing at?"
A worried voice drifted from the old television set. "Do you need the Doctor?"
Tomura looked to Kurogiri for his assessment of Dabi's wound. "Dabi at least looks like he should be fine with a couple stitches but given the looks of the nature of the bullet we should do blood work on both of them. The bullet was less of a bullet and more of a dart though the speed at which it hit Dabi at least caused it to shatter instead of injecting whatever this liquid inside is."
Dabi shivered. "I can't feel my fucking Quirk. Fuck is it always this cold in here?"
Tomura paled. That wasn't good.
Himiko looked nauseous as Kurogiri shifted the blanket away from her shoulder to check on her. "Himiko looks like her Quirk helped protect her from most of the damage. The difference in heights between the two of you meant that instead of hitting the center of her shoulder like it would have actually on you Sako, it grazed the top of her shoulder."
From the monitor he heard shuffling around. "Kurogiri, open a warp gate between here and where you are. I can use my Quirk to check on theirs."

Perhaps Overhaul had not given the League enough credit. He had not expected that there would be a third Mr. Compress present nor that they had access to someone with such a powerful warp Quirk. It was clever that they hid two of their most versatile Quirk users for an emergency. A part of him was slightly relieved that the two hidden League members had clearly prioritized protection over offense since they could have just as easily grabbed himself along with their group members. Just the thought of a hand appearing from nowhere to grab him was making him break out in hives.
Chronostasis and Mimic appeared from their hiding places. Chronostasis slung his sniper rifle back over his shoulder. "They are a slippery bunch. No wonder the Heroes have yet to grab them."
Mimic dipped his head repeatedly in a bow. "Sorry boss. I should have noticed the other two sooner and snagged them."
Overhaul looked back at the blood splatter painting the ground from the two members they had managed to hit with the experimental bullets. "No, the fault is mine for attempting a move on them without properly investigating the group. He seemed quite distressed by the girl disguised as Compress getting hit and had the group prioritize escape over possible retaliation. As a wannabe replacement for All for One, their leader seems rather inexperienced. We hurt them and are walking away unscathed. I suspect next time will only go better for us."
Chronostasis nodded. "Perhaps the girl is especially valuable to him beyond just the usefulness of her Quirk? A girlfriend maybe?"
The idea disgusted Overhaul but he had to consider it. "Possibly. The League is still actively recruiting, correct? Perhaps one of our Eight Bullets would be able to infiltrate the group and report back?"
Mimic nodded. "Would Larceny be a good option? His Quirk would likely be appealing to the group given their seeming fondness for recruiting utility Quirks over combat and his association with the Shie Hassaikai has yet to spread."
Overhaul nodded. "Do it."

Awata Kaoruko practically jumped from her seat at the reception desk at the Nighteye Agency as an older high schooler or perhaps young college student kicked open the doors and started to storm past her with a furious look on his face. "Hey wait! Where do you think you are going?"
The cyan haired teen stopped and seemed to struggle to reign in his anger. "I need to see Sir Nighteye now. He's here right?"
"Yeah but一"
"Tell him Tomura is here if you need to. Don't try and stop me."
As he shoved past her (he was stronger then his thin frame would have suggested much like Sir) she quickly dialed the emergency line up to her boss. He picked up immediately. "What's the emergency?"
"Sir there is an older teen heading up your way. He looks possibly hostile. Does the name Tomura mean anything to you?"
"Cyan hair or white?"
"What?"
"Either it's my adopted nephew or the leader of the League of Villains. Cyan or white?"
"Cyan but一"
"For future reference, that is one of my nephews." There was a bang from the other end of the line. "Tomura is everything alright?" A clink and the line went dead.

Tomura reached into his pocket and slammed the bullet that had lodged in Dabi's shoulder down. "We got ambushed by a guy named Overhaul and some of his friends including one going by the name of Mimic. Another guy hiding in a sniping position shot both Himiko and Dabi with whatever the hell was in this which made them lose access to their Quirks for over 10 minutes."
His Uncle Mirai looked suitably horrified. "Is Himiko一?"
Tomura cut him off. "Just clipped her shoulder. Her Quirk protected her by making the shooter aim higher than needed to wing her. Dabi is in worse shape. Father had to help restrain him so Kurogiri could pull that out of his shoulder and stitch him up. They were clearly aiming to disable Sako's Quirk after what they heard we did back at the convention. I can only assume that they don't know about my Quirk since I would have expected them to target me with those things too if they did."
Mirai released a calming breath and nodded. "The general public are only aware that your Coat Decayed and not anything more than that. I wouldn't be surprised if that information got lost in transmission or this Overhaul failed to understand the possible danger." Mirai picked up the bullet. "It is a shame my Quirk only works for the future of an item and not the past. I will see that whatever is in this gets properly analyzed. The implications of a bullet that can erase Quirk's like Shouta's Quirk but even longer is worrying."
Tomura nodded. "Yeah that is why Father thought we should give it to you or Tsukauchi. I figured you could get away with not having to reveal where it came from better than he could when you send it to be tested. Oh and try to not let them test the blood on it. Dabi would be pissed if his old man found out he was still alive that way."
Mirai snorted. "Given that you are currently acting as an informant, anything that could compromise your position in the criminal world will be overlooked. They lab technicians do not need to know that the one shot was not actually you."
Tomura's hand drifted up to claw at his neck. "I guess I should tell Dabi he is now protected under the Informant Act."
Mirai sighed and reached over his desk to grab Tomura's wrist to pull his hand away. "I'll keep you and Hisashi posted. Go home and look after your sister for me."
Tomura nodded and spun around to walk out. He was by no means happier but he could take his anger out back at the bar. Bubble Girl gave him a worried smile as he walked past her again. "Did everything go alright?"
Tomura paused in his tracks and took a calming breath before turning to face her. "It went about as well as it could. A guy who works at my bar was shot less than an hour ago. I was just dropping off the weird bullet he was hit with since I don't trust the cops in my bar's area to not be dirty and spill my guy's info, Informant Act or no."
She looked just as horrified at the situation as Mirai had been. "Oh no! Is he alright?"
Tomura sighed and nodded. "He'll live. He just won't be able to use his dominant arm until his shoulder heals. He is more pissed off than anything as am I since I'm the one who will have to babysit him until he heals."
"Oh that is a relief. You tell your friend to get better soon for me."
Tomura turned back to the door and waved back over his shoulder. "I will." With that he wandered back out onto the street. A few turns and cameras dodged later and he was stepping back through the Warp Gate to the bar.

Izuku swung his legs at his seat at Kurogiri's bar. After the whole Shoto turning up before he could vet Spinner, Tomura had basically just decided it was safer for everyone if on night's Giran called saying he was dropping off potential new recruits for Izuku to just stay there at the bar. After the mess with Overhaul though, Tomura was taking no chances. Everyone in the League had to be disguised or in full villain gear. Himiko was moping beside him wearing Dabi's form, though she was dressed as he had been on the last several daylight outings. Dabi himself with his injured shoulder was hanging out in his own old Villain costume on the floor behind the bar out of general sight. Close enough to hear and intervene if necessary but hidden if not.
Izuku himself was dressed in a costume that his Dad had told him was designed to mimic his own old Villain look: a suit, a white wig, red contacts that matched his eyes with both his father and Tomura and a basic black medical mask. On Izuku's other side Tomura was playing what looked to be an old version of Mario Kart against Spinner and a confused Shoto on the TV at the end of the bar.
Shoto was sort of an honorary member of the League like Izuku since the ultimate goal was still for the two of them to eventually become Heroes. That did not prevent them from hanging out though. Shoto was in disguise as well, now fully leaning into what had been a quick joke nickname by Tomura. His two toned hair was hidden under a slightly different two toned wig that spiraled his two colors around his head like the sweet in question. His burn scar was hidden by a combination of makeup and a false eyepatch made of a one way material. He wore comfortable sweatpants and a large hoodie with sweets patterned all over it as well as red and white shoes. Kurogiri was the only one not dressing up, playing the role of just the bartender that just happened to be there.
As Giran led the small handful of people, Izuku was amused at the double take that the man did when he spotted himself perched at the bar like he owned the place. "All for One!" That got everyone's attention. A few amused looks were thrown around.
Izuku snorted. "I believe I am a bit short to be our father. What do you think, Tomura?"
Tomura laughed and set down the game as Izuku noticed that Giran and the possible new members seemed to sweat at the thought that the monster from their nightmares had possibly reproduced. "Hell I am still short next to him." He turned his attention to Giran and the little group behind him. "You going to introduce who you brought Giran or is my brother going to have to tell us their Quirks on his own?"
Yeah all of them were staring at him in open fear now. The implied possibility that he had inherited his father's Quirk likely a good enough threat to keep them on their best behavior. Giran nervously cleared his throat, "Introductions right! I'll start with the most promising Quirks!"
Tomura chuckled and leaned over to whisper lowly in Izuku's ear. "He normally does names first. I think he thinks you are planning on Quirk shopping like Father was always rumored to do."
Giran gestured to a man in a full black and gray body suit. "This is Twice. His Quirk Double lets him make two temporary perfect copies of another person. The copies can use a copy of the original's Quirk and everything but they will dissolve once they take too much damage." Tomura held up a hand before Giran could move on to the next guy.
"Twice huh? Why do you want to join up with us?"
"Giran said you take all types here and all it took to join was for you to like a guy. I wanna be friends. Who needs friends? Not me!"
Izuku blinked in surprise at the sudden change in attitude and speech pattern. Despite what the second voice said, Izuku only got a good feeling from him at least. "Up to you Tomura. He is safe enough."
Tomura shrugged. "Welcome aboard Twice."
"Yes! You are totally going to regret that." The man threw his arms up in the air in celebration before running over to sit at the booth closest to the others. With that, the group at large seemed to relax.
Now a bit calmer, Giran motioned to a blonde standing nearer the back to step forward. The man hadn't even stepped fully into view when Izuku snatched a knife from Spinner's back and had thrown it straight at his shoulder. "Get out and tell Overhaul to back the hell off or he will regret it."
Suddenly the rest of the League were one their feet and ready to fight, Shoto, Dabi and the new Twice included. The man stumbled back and ran from the bar. Izuku quickly scanned the rest of the newcomers for more hidden threats. He relaxed slightly before turning to the now panicked looking Giran. "Try to avoid bringing more spies for Overhaul back here." Izuku fell back into his seat, leading the rest of the League to relax.
A young voice from the crowd of possible members piped up. "What the hell was that?! I thought the only enemies of the League were Heroes."
The crowd parted to reveal the speaker to be a Junior High student wearing a gas mask. Tomura narrowed his eyes on the kid's school uniform. "Kid, how old are you?"
"Old enough by the looks of it since you clearly recruited other kids around my age." He gestured at both Izuku and Shoto.
Tomura snorted. "My brother and Peppermint don't count. They live with me and Staples so they are here to yay or nay any possible recruits since members will be coming in and out of their living space. You have to be at least 16 to properly join."
The red head, the only one unmasked with no obvious physical Quirk mutations, spoke up. "Why 16? All the rest of you seem older than that? Not that I don't agree that the kid is a bit young."
Izuku leaned back on the bar. "Himiko, you can show them your party trick if you want."
"Finally!" Himiko pulled off the mask, hat and balaclava that she had been wearing over Dabi's face, earning her confused looks from the crowd at the identical face to the man standing behind the bar with the bartender as she pulled it into a disconcerting smile. Then she released her Quirk to reveal her fanged grin, earning a cry of alarm then joy from Twice. "Ta da!"
"You melt just like my clones! Don't smile wearing his face again! It's creepy!"
Dabi snorted. "Yeah, I have to agree with Twice on that one."
Tomura gestured to Himiko. "My little sister Shigaraki Himiko. She is 16 and has a body count higher than anyone else in the League as far as I am aware."
Several of the men in the group gave disbelieving looks but the red head nodded. "I suppose that would be a good enough reason to lower your age restriction for her. I'm Magne but you can call me Big Sis. My Quirk is called Magnetism. I can polarize people to either attract or repel them. Men are South poles and Women are North."
Tomura nodded. "Sounds useful. What do you think Small for One?"
Izuku rolled his eyes at the nickname. "She's safe. Everyone still here is. I wouldn't have risked Himiko otherwise. No one is stupid enough to blab about anything with the threat of Father."
One of the guys that seemed to have a fish mutation of some sort spoke up. "So the rumor isn't true? All for One is still around?"
The TV on the counter flipped over channels to show a now familiar error message for the League. "Oh I'm on vacation though if someone is stupid enough to shoot of my kids again then I might end it early."
Giran recoiled in clear fear. "All for One sir! You have been watching?"
He hummed lightly. "No, just playing the audio from the bar in the background. I trust that my kids have a handle on things. I did want to request that you send me any information you can get on Overhaul and his group though. I will likely come back to lend my support in exterminating the group, whether it is just by tricking the Heroes to deal with the mess or something more personal like I am currently tempted."
Tomura turned to where he knew one of the camera's was and gave it a clear look. "Does Mom know you are planning on sneaking out to join us when we raid their place?"
A familiar female voice drifted from the TV, much to even Izuku's surprise. "They shot one of my babies so I think I will give him my blessing for this one provided he doesn't let any of you get arrested."
Tomura whistled and grinned. "Damn Mom. And here I thought you didn't approve of the whole Villain side of things."
Izuku could practically hear his mother rolling her eyes. "I prefer plausible deniability, Sweetie. I would rather not have to lie at work or to my brothers if I can help it."
Himiko giggled. "So don't tell you if I kill someone again. Got it!"
The Symbol of Evil chuckled in a way that made many in the room pale. "If you do, let either me or Tomura know so we can clean up the mess."
---MiM-MiM-MiM---
Shoto was only half paying attention at this point. After Izuku had thrown the knife, he had started messaging the rest of their little friend group. Or well, at least the only one still awake.
Future Students of Class 1-A
String Theory: I have decided that it is a good thing that Midoriya plans on being a hero.
EraserSon: well that isn't ominous at all
what izu do to prompt that kind of reaction?
String Theory: A man from the group that shot Himiko and Dabi a couple days ago turned up in the current group of potential new members for the League.
Midoriya threw a knife into the same shoulder as Dabi's injury before the man moved fully out from behind the other people.
On another note, Tomura decided his Villain name is Small for One since Giran completely mistook him for All for One.
EraserSon: lol
hold on
EraserSon changed Secret Love Child to Small for One
EraserSon changed String Theory to Peppermint
EraserSon: not sure why i didn't change you sooner
we should get tomura to come up with names for kats and tenya
and me i guess
Peppermint: I am uncertain how much of a good idea it is to use our Villain names through a chat service for heroes.
EraserSon: it's fine
nedzu and uncle hisashi locked the server for us
they did the same for all of the chat channels that uncle hisashi is in a while ago
testing each other's firewalls is a game they sometimes play while between games of chess
Peppermint: Ah.
EraserSon: so Tomura pick out any new recruits yet?
Peppermint: It looks like he is only keeping two since most of the group is too scared of your uncle.
There was a sudden weight on his shoulder as the new guy Twice leaned over to look at what he was doing. "Is that a Herochat? How did you get an account? Why would I need an account on a site filled with loser heroes?"
"My father is a flaming piece of trash with a hero license. He recommended me for an account years ago." He looked back down at the conversation. "I'm talking with a cousin of the Shigaraki's."
Peppermint: The new guy Twice is reading over my shoulder.
"Oh! Tell him I say hi! I don't care."
Peppermint: He says hi.
EraserSon: oh hi twice i guess
"He said hi back! Who gives a shit."
Peppermint: Tomura is also keeping a woman called Magne.
I think he agreed for her to stay since she seemed to be the only one from the group left worried about the fact that there was a boy who looks and sounds like he's probably a year younger than us.
EraserSon: yeah Tomura seems to have pretty strong older brother instincts
Shoto looked up briefly at the sound of the door opening and people moving to head out.
Peppermint: I think things are wrapping up.
I am going to head to bed.
EraserSon: night shoto
i'm going to bum around here until izu can talk
