First and foremost, and most importantly, I prostrate myself in gratitude to all the readers who have followed along this far.
As I've said before, you are the deities who determine the life and death of a book!
It is only with your tireless daily support that this book could be successfully put on shelves.
Next, I thank my editor, Camel.
It was he who signed this book and patiently communicated with me, offering encouragement.
Now, let's return to the book itself.
The title and synopsis were decided upon from the very beginning and have remained unchanged since.
Therefore, my definition of Jacaerys has been this from the start: tyrant, evil dragon!
Some readers have commented that he currently seems like a heartless machine, killing for the sake of points.
In reality, he initially just wanted to be the strongest dragon rider, living freely.
But the bottom line is gradually broken!
(Borrowing the image from great author Mininete!)
Just like Eren in Attack on Titan, no matter how good his subjective intention to sacrifice himself so that those he cared about could survive.
Objectively speaking, that dragon-slaying youth did indeed gradually transform into the evil dragon who initiated the Rumbling to destroy the world!
Jacaerys is the same now; after several assassination attempts, some even threatening his life.
At this stage, his only goal is to become stronger, stronger, stronger!
As for whether overly brutal methods will affect his future rule?
To quote Princess Chang from Joy of Life, regardless of any emotion or other issues, you can only feel and think if you survive!
How to rule, how to develop, or how to explore the deeper world of Game of Thrones, these contents will definitely be included later.
Of course, after the massacre of Tyrosh and the partial massacre of Myr, he has indeed acquired enough strength to barely protect himself.
With enough accumulation, the Blood Dragon Dance storyline in the Seven Kingdoms is about to begin!
The butterfly effect caused by Jacaerys is growing, the constantly losing Alicent is completely blackened, and the Blood Dragon Dance erupts early.
From here on, aside from a small portion of the original plotline, most of it is self-derived.
Alright, no more rambling!
Let's talk about future updates and conditions for extra chapters.
I'm a part-time writer; I usually think about the plot during my free time at work and write after getting off work in the evening.
You can see that this book is written very dryly.
Uh, 'dry' means it revolves entirely around the main plot development, without any daily routines that are the same whether you read them or not.
Many times, I write a part and then revise or delete it, wanting to make sure you don't feel like I'm padding the text.
Sometimes after eating, I write until one or two in the morning and wake up again at six or seven.
On weekends and holidays, I basically don't go out.
So after being put on shelves, the minimum is six thousand, aiming for eight thousand, and striving for ten thousand daily!
It will be put on shelves around 0:10 tonight, with a ten thousand-character update.
Currently, there are about 9500 collections, and the subscription ratio is 10:1, so the initial subscription target is 950.
For every 100 additional subscriptions, I will add one chapter.
For every 100 monthly votes (excluding system gifts), or accumulated 10000 points in tips, I will add one chapter.
After the 24-hour subscription ends, I will take a screenshot of the data and insert it here, guaranteeing I won't renege!
Oh, and extra chapters are calculated as 2000 characters per chapter, and they may not necessarily be standalone chapters.
Finally, I, Qian Wei, humbly beg for your subscription support, see you after midnight!
PS: Funny picture, Queen Alicent's reason for blackening!
