The Power of Life was completely a super-enhanced version of the Viridian Power. He could quickly restore a severely injured person or Pokémon, and quickly grow a tree or crop to maturity.
Kaito felt that his level limited him. He would probably need to break through to the God-tier to achieve resurrection or infinite lifespan.
After coming out of the Secret Realm, he informed the officials about the general events (hiding the full truth about Yan Rong). Long Chongyang was alarmed, confirming that the attackers were from the Destruction Divine Cult.
The matter of the Cloud Sea Secret Realm quickly spread, and Kaito became the protagonist of the story. People also knew about his deeds of fighting against the Divine Cult members to protect the Legendary Pokémon in the Secret Realm.
